I redeemed points for a pizza and doughnut for my first time . The rewards for the donuts says you can get any ring doughnut so I choose strawberry sprinkles. The lady scanned both rewards but then charged me for the doughnut saying it could only be chocolate or glazed. So I told her I am OK. May I get my points back she proceeded & stole my points not giving them back. So they stole 2500 points from me. I ended up not getting the doughnut or pizza after realizing the pizza looks days old. The app clearly states “ring doughnut” not a specific flavor solely “ring doughnut”

This is the nastiest 7-11 i ever went through
The coffe cream are nasty
The clerk is rude and on a phone call
Slurpees are out of order
And prices oh my god!
Everything is over priced
All the employees seems too lazy to help customers
the short guy brown guy seems annoying and is rude to dark skin people
The creams are out of order
I went there got myself a regular coffee and added hazelnut creamer that was expired one and then i tried the creamer from box that didn’t taste right
And why is your gums 3.16
While every other store its only $2

On 2/9/2024 morning The indian employee with the bald head is very rude and coughs on the food that's displayed. after i ask to replace what i just saw the employee do he put the Jamaican patties back on this display to be brought! I complained that I wanted a refund and rudely he told to get the F@##$K out of the store!! I would like to see this employee fired for good!! Anyone in the Ashton, Sandyspring area please do not eat the pizza, Jamaican patties etc.. because the employee behind the counter does not cover his mouth when he coughs.

I'm really disappointed in this place. The last several times I've gone into the store for a decaf coffee or a hot cocoa. They've been out. Today there weren't even any small cups. The beverage area isn't very clean either. Maybe they can clean up their act?

This 7-Eleven has become quite filthy. There are flies flying all around the store. The condiment, ice coffee and soda areas are nasty looking. The built in trash bins have all sorts of gunk on them, you barely want to touch them to throw anything away. Then there are the bunch of dirty old men who congregate everyday in front of the store, and look at every female like fresh meat. I really don’t know why MCP don’t put a stop to that.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!
