Thank you so much for squeezing Captain Morgan in. Dr. Alcott was great, I really appreciate the time he took with us and explaining things. I will try to keep him from eating stuff from outside which is almost close to impossible. It took a good week and he finished his medication and is back to "normal".
Thanks again to the front desk staff and Patrick was very helpful (as usual) answering my reply texts since I can't always get to my emails.
Thank you OSSVH for being there when we need you! :)

I brought my standard poodle in for prenatal ultrasound. They were ready for us within a few minutes of our arrival at the appointed time. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Dr Hoffman was also friendly, easy to talk to, and communicated her findings, at least six poodle puppies on the way, very thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions.
I appreciate the great care they took of my pup and her anticipated puppies.

I am a new client and my boys are new patients. I was very impressed with the amount of time Dr Olcott spent with us. He showed genuine concern and listened very attentively to what we had to say as well as providing feedback and suggestions to us. It was a very wonderful experience.

Genuinely never had a vet who was so thorough with answering questions & making us feel at ease. We have 2 cats that see Dr. Rapp, one of our fur babies is very friendly while the other is extremely "spicy". Dr. Rapp is incredibly patient, kind, and does not make us feel rushed at all. He utilizes his computer to show us food puzzles, litter additives, and smart scales/feeders to match our cat's needs. Our youngest was in for FLUTD and he answered what was probably 25+ questions I had to calm my nerves and ensured we felt confident in next steps. We appreciate his kindness & professionalism - if you have felines Bruno & Cannoli recommend Dr. Rapp!

We've been taking our dog here (for vet services and for boarding) since we got him in 2020, and we can't say enough good things about the care and love he receives from the staff. Everyone there is polite, professional, and absolutely adores animals and I can't imagine taking him anywhere else!

The environment is always really great. The vet techs and vets are happy to help and make me feel confident and comfortable when not every visit to the vet can be that way. I know when I go in I am getting the help and guidance I need. Thank you to everyone at Olney-Sandy Spring vet!
