I had ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday in advance. I provided pictures and mentioned specific details on how I wanted the cake for my son's special day. When I arrived to pick up the cake I received a cake that looked nothing like the pictures I provided and the details I had asked for. I was told that they decided that the letters were not going to fit when in fact I was told that the cake would be extra tall to make sure all the decorations fit perfectly. I wish they would have communicated decisions that were made for a cake I had ordered. When I brought this to their attention they said they could fix the letters but it would not look like the pictures. And I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to correct. I declined because my son was waiting for his cake. I wish they would have told me this before. I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will post the pictures I provided and the cake I received. The letters doesn't even look like the person made any effort in making it look nice. Honestly I could have written that without any experience. I am disappointed because this was my son's special day. And honestly to pay $100 for a small cake that turned out like this is ridiculous!

We visited for the first time last weekend. The service was really disappointing and the baked goods we bought weren’t fresh. I was really excited to try this place but it just wasn’t worth it.

I can't eat gluten, so I've only had two items from Passion. The almond horn cookies are fantastic, and the coconut macaroons are delicious. Both are also gluten free! I go frequently for the almond horns, which I crave!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered two cakes. One regular sized cake for a cake smash and one extra tall cake that I asked to be 8" tall. When picking up the cake smash cake, they made a mistake and made it taller. When picking up the extra tall cake, it looked exactly like the cake smash cake that I picked up two weeks prior. I had two events with two cakes that were not what I ordered. When I tried to dispute the issue when I picked up the cake the manager was not in and they asked me to call the next day. When she called me, they refused to give me a price adjustment because I didn't ask for a full refund but I want to pay for what I got. For the first cake she said "well we made a mistake and made it taller so we actually charged you less". Yes but you made the mistake so why should I pay more? For the second cake, she said what I received is what I ordered which was not what I ordered. The cake is 6 inches tall. They refused to fix the problem. Twice. I don't think it's unreasonable to pay for what I received, which is the same cake as the cake smash that was less expensive. I would never go to this place again. They ruined both cake orders and have the worst customer service when dealing with mistakes on their end. Order elsewhere where they will make your order correctly and try to fix issues if they arise. Also, my first cake had a light layer of some type of jelly (raspberry or strawberry) which I did not ask for and did not complain about. If my child was allergic to this, I'd be upset about this mistake as well. Maybe instead of taking it out on the customer, maybe look into why the baker is making constant mistakes...

Delicious cakes, pastries, and sandwiches. Highly recommend the eclairs, almond croissants, and mouse cakes. Great chicken salad as well. Always great service.

Lovely bakery with a variety of cakes, pastries and savory goods as well. I was in a pinch to get a cake last minute for a gathering and passion bakery had a great selection of cakes in multiple sizes on display. I went with the mango mousse cake which was delicious. The mousse and cake were soft and fluffy. It had a good mango flavor and everyone loved the cake. The staff were very helpful in helping me pick a cake and wrapped it up perfectly that made it easy to transport. Would definitely come back to try other items on their menu.

I'm not really a dessert person, but WOW. Had a tiramisu and a cheese cake... I can't properly describe how wonderful they were. Amazing.

Drove past so many times and finally stopped in. So glad I did! Everything looked amazing and I wanted to try everyone, so I’ll have to go back. Had a delicious latte and ham and cheese croissant. Happy to find a local gem like

No vale la peńa casi 13$ por una comida mala y vieja,con tortillas recalentadas,ahore su dinero mejor,dont go here worst place ever,expensive n the food is not good at all,been there 2 times before but after today i will not be going back anymore have had bad luck experience s there twice before but decided to give them one last try n got a hispanic breakfast from them today,the food was bland with no taste no salt no nothing the only thing that was good was the cheese which they didnt make,paid close to 13$ for a tastless breakfast n over reheated tortilla that were old plz save your money or go somewhere else not worth the money you pay n service is not good,the lady that check me out look like she was in a bad mood or like i was disturbing here with an unfriendly face,never again its a shame cuz they are close to my house but no one in my neighborhood go there n now i know why

Small bakery with both classic and unique/creative baked goods as well as coffee and espresso based drinks I got a vanilla latte and an array of halloween decorated cookies. Both were delicious A few small tables inside

This bakery has the most beautiful, decadent pastries and cakes. Every item I have tried has been flavorful and savory. I will never go anywhere else for my baked goods and desserts! Huber is the best baker in Maryland and Nalda makes the most exquisite tipico breakfast.
