Great experience with the staff. Clarissa and others were very helpful in the online pickup section, and Clarissa saved a workshop from getting wrecked by an inconsiderate customer. This HD is the only one I go to, the staff are great.

This is single handedly the least customer service oriented store I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business. We ordered a tractor from a different location, aspen hill fulfilled the order with a defective tractor — trying to get someone on the phone to rectify the issues took literal hours. Collectively over two and a half hours on hold aspen hill, three different times I was hung up on, to no avail I called the corporate line. I was on the phone for an hour with the corporate customer service team trying to get someone to pick up the tractor and process a refund, they also couldn’t get ahold of a manager at aspen hill. This all occurred on June 11th, the tractor was picked up on June 12th, still no refund as of July 5th. This is an aggregious business practice and negligent customer service. Go to Lowe’s, Aspen Hill customer service and management is abismal.

It's a place to get flowers plants and tools for gardening. I have been visiting Home Depot very often this year for my flower garden projects. I also ordered rose plants online but they're not that good. They have a variety of rose plants at a reasonable price.

Was making a purchase of approximately $250 in garden center. Card declined once, the twice. I used a second card, declined also. I told the cashier it was their system, not my cards. He advised go inside to make the purchase. Upon waiting in line inside, I checked my banking apps..... Three charged from The Home Depot. I then proceeded to customer service. They said I had to wait 5 days to see of the transactions would go through. I waited 5 days, transactions (3 of them) on my accounts, I returned to the Aspen Hill store where I had tried to make the original purchase. Customer service would not help, I asked for store manager. Store manager named Jose said there was nothing he could do because they have "no record" of the transactions, even though I was able to show him the three charges for the exact same dollar amount with a date and time stamp for his store. He told me to call 1-809-home depot and he walked away.
Ultimately I had to file three fraud transactions through my bank against Home Depot. Six weeks later and the transactions still have not been resolved by Home Depot.

I went to order ceiling tiles for my contractor to pick up. The Pro desk folks were more interested in their phones and told me to come back as they are going to close. This is my first time shopping at the store.

I have been a regular customer at this location and have always loved their service. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. I waited for over an hour to speak to someone in the doors and windows section, but there were no supervisors to be found, and the manager was not around. Although someone called for support over the speaker, no one showed up, and I eventually left without receiving any help. I am unsure who is in charge or where to direct my complaint, but I hope this issue is addressed promptly.
