Refused my coins before she asked me if they were rolled. Not only did we rolled them but rubberband them together in 10 rolls each. And yes they took them.

Minus 10 stars is the appropriate rating. Held assets in a stock account and refused to sign a Medallion Signature Guarantee so I could transfer the assets out of the bank. Sun Trust signed it. So no more relationship with this, in my mind, very poor performer.

Whenever I am going to change my check they look at me and they ask me questions just because I am black and because I am Latino but I swear not to step on that bank again they make me feel very bad

Today was one of the most disappointing day ever, dealing with Sandy Spring Bank in Greenbelt. The day prior to a scheduled closing on a condo for my son, I was told by the vice president/manager that the bank could not make the loan after he had made promise after promise it could be done. I was told by the manager that they specialize in high condo delinquency loans, and that is a LIE. We're in the middle of a pandemic where most people don't have jobs. No job means they're likely not paying mortgages, rents or HOA. How do they expect people to buy or sell their property? Please listen. Do not do business with this lender. I repeat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LENDER. It will cost you your home purchase. Not only could they not follow through, they changed rates and down payments 3 days before closing, and just overall, they will not keep the terms of your agreement. They will let you down on what is supposed to be an exciting homebuying journey. With that, I am left looking for another lender and possibly a new condo as I'm sure back up offers were waiting.

I took cash from atm and I wanted to exchange 20s for 100$ in next window and lady said that she cannot do that because I don't have an account and I am not customer. They had no problems with charging me for using the atm which it's seems to me would make me a customer.I am Disappointed.Not recommending.Not welcoming people.

Horrible bank!!!! They opened an online account for an unauthorized user (who used my name), the user then connected the account to a my savings account and drained money out of it. They didn't have any checks or balances in place to determine that this transaction was out of the ordinary for me. I never take out that much money at one time. Now they are not replacing the funds that have allowed to get stolen due to their incompetence! Nobody is giving me answers and they are giving me the run around. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bank here. I have to get a lawyer to get my money back.

This is my local bank. The staff are friendly and rarely wait in the drive thru. If I need something they are always available to assist. They know me by name and I really love that personal relationship with the staff. They use and All-point network so you don't have to pay extra fees and their main branch in Olney has a coin counter. I have had other accounts. If your looking for a new bank, this is the place to go!!

The tellers give great service but the bank charge you for everything any transactions take 15 minutes or more
