This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. Until next time be kind to each other. @yelpdc #homedepot #christmastime

I went in this Home Depot to pickup a hvac filter and saw this promotion as I walked in.I decided to purchase one however, when I scanned it at the self checkout the price came up 19.88. I went back to take a photo and check the sku which was different from product. An assistant manager went to check and said a smaller one might be on sale. I informed this was bait and switch but she just shrugged her shoulders with indifference.

I needed assistance for a pressure washer once and had to wait for about half an hour. I waited until an associate came and asked if I was alright. He understood what was going on and helped me out by letting me know he would get the machine and assist me to my car. He gave top notch advice and information on it that I never knew. Thanks Mike!

They usually have the stuff you need. Employees are not typically experts on anything nor are there enough of them to actually assist customers with anything. Discounts require you to download the HD app which many stores do now. Discounts don't apply to sales items. Customers can use self checkou7t in the store without an associate but not in the garden shop. Prices aren't that competitive. These are many reasons why HD only gets three stars. I shop therr because they frequently are the only store that has the garden or hardware stuff I need and there isn't a Lowe's nearby.Update: HD no longer gives military discount for "building materials". Bricks, blocks, lumber etc. Unfortunately I can't give you the whole list because they don't either. They also don't give Military discount for appliances or expensive items. I recommend you ask before you assume you'll get the extra 10%. Lowe's has also changed their policy.

This Home Depot's customer service is terrible. We've booked plumbing services w/this store and they gave us the run around when it came to actually installing the disposal. They changed the dates and kept pushing the date back. The person they told us to call to get an earlier appointment was never at work. They wasted our time. We should have gone to Lowe's from the beginning. Leave this particular Home Depot alone.

I can always find the items that I need when coming to this store. The store is well organized and provides veterans with a discount.

I have called 8 times this morning, we have a pro account and spend a very large sum of money at this store. When answering the phone and telling them I need to place an order for delivery I was transferred and every single time it just rang and then hung up on me. Then when I spoke with someone, they were very rude saying we don't accept credit cards over the phone (which is fine), but when I told her we had an account she decided not to say anything and send it to the same number that hasn't answered all morning. Get it together Home Depot, we spend a great deal of money to be help.

Nobody knows nothing don't expect help. The contractors that pick up supplies there are more help than the employees there. My advice is to hire more knowledgeable employees

I used the online purchase option for tile, it said there was 99 of tile in my style too wish I wanted to buy. I need 55 tile. I payed for the tile and wait, for the email, it said it would be ready in two hours or less. I waited and two and half hours went by and nothing? I called and the associate said that someone will get my order ready soon so we left for the store. I called to let them know we were in the parking lot , they said they didn't have it and now it was almost four hours . They would have to refund my order and it would take 3-5 days. I payed for tile, that I have to wait for my money back for when I could have bought at Lowe's or another Home Depot. There are other colors that I could have gotten at other stores near my house and my Saturday is wasted. We waited well over 3 hours to hear they didn't have it. The Home Depot a mile away has another colors and Lowe's has the same one we could have bought there and back and laid the tile. Wasted time!

I went to this Home Depot to rent a wet vac and when I got home there was a piece of the hose missing so it didn’t fit. I had to drive all the way back to get the missing piece. This was such a hassle since I’m pregnant going back and forth.

Customer service hung up on me twice in a row in response to a routine request about product availability.

This store is horrible in terms of customer service! Like, horrible horrible! I am a new homeowner and bought a new dryer which was delivered, however I had to pay someone to stack it over the existing washing machine because home depot has a policy not to stack if the washer and dryer isn't bought together. That was annoying but I just decided not to sweat it. Unfortunately, I also bought floors and steps to redo my downstairs. And this is where it begins to turn into the Twilight Zone! I called to confirm delivery and was told everything was scheduled and set. I spoke to the installers who were great by the way who wanted to confirm I had the materials. As I had expected and tried to avoid running into this problem, home depot had not secured my delivery and when they finally brought the materials 3 days later than when i was told they would arrive--after numerous calls where no one knew what I talking about-- the steps were not delivered with the floors. So when the installers came only the floors were installed. I called to inquire about the steps and was told, that my order was fulfilled and delivered. Tried to speak with someone from the flooring but the calls kept "dropping" before I could get anyone to answer. I drive up there and the woman in flooring kept telling me she did not know how to check on the order and that I needed to speak with someone who wasn't even there. After I went to customer service and spoke with a nice woman, I asked for the assistant manager who didn't acknowledge me when I was standing there and when I tried to tell him I had their installation manager on the phone to confirm that I had indeed not had my stair delivered he got nasty and raised his voice, continued to ignore me. I was floored and upset, but kept my cool, this behavior was completely unacceptable! He finally walks to the back of the store and lo and behold, my stairs were there with a big sign with my name on it. This man wheels the 15+ boxes and says I can take them with me. I can say he did help load all the boxes in my Civic, and his attitude was a little better, still no apology. Anyway, I really can't see myself spending another dime at this store. My experience has been abysmal with the flooring department especially, but the assistant manager was completely unprofessional and emotionally disregulated on this particular day. I've worked in customer service before, and would have never acted this way with a customer.

Okay, this is my go-to Home Depot - granted every Home Depot has horrible parking for some reason but this store has many entrances and exits and it has a huge outdoor area for plants, soil, and all garden needs which is the most important thing for me. Not only that but they have amazing staff available to help you out like Tony Sampson - he is amazing and if you have the opportunity to meet him and have him help you bring stuff to your vehicle, you are one lucky customer!!!

Very boring flower selection ... omg how many marigolds and begonias to people need ... it's like they are sponsoring the redskin colors ... if you gonna spend money on massive inventory, keep it interesting ... more not very hard to order unusual colors in annuals .... didn't by one single plant there , very disappointed... support your local nurseries they have a much better selection !!!
