“Took my car in for routine maintenance. Was able to drop off the night before the appointment and get a loaner. My service rep Scott Johnson was great; he called the next day to provide me a status on my vehicle and to let me know, some additional recommended services that was needed. He also followed up and let me know when the repairs where completed. I had very good service from this dealership and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.”

“(Dec 7)ANOTHER UPDATE! Went in again for a slight leak they discovered coming from my oil pan. Left the vehicle with them under the permission to change the entire pan. They discovered the issue was fixable and did that for me! Kept everything above board and let me know that it didn’t need replaced and that they fixed it, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars. Will continue to not only go here but encourage all others to trust them with their business. UPDATE!! I went back after saving up some money and had Andrew assist me this time with all my repairs I opted for. They have a very straight forward pricing system with your consent and questions being held at the upmost importance. I got a power steering pump replaced along with my starter. There are other things to get done with my car I just have to save up more money. Will be coming here for ALL future repairs and recommend anyone to come here. Went in with questions and issues, was scheduled to do a diagnostic. Hearing the concerns I had Mark was a genuine human and suggested a specialist because that was the direction of the issues (transmission). Great guy great ethics would come back 10/10 times.”

“People here genuinely care about your car, and are willing to help and explain whenever you need. Several times I’ve come in with no notice or just to ask questions and they always take the time to make sure I understand everything and often help with small things (tightening parts, reading codes, test driving and estimating issues and costs) for free. Several times if they are booked or unable to be of service they’ve recommended nearby shops that might get me what I need faster, they offer useful tips without making me feel stupid. I can tell they genuinely care about their job and the people they help. I feel comfortable knowing when I go here that they want what’s best for me and my car, and knowing I don’t have to worry about scams or false fees is so reassuring compared to a lot of other places right now. I bought an old, kinda crappy car and every time it throws codes or has issues they’re always there to help and explain even if you don’t know the first thing about cars, they’re now the first people I go to for everything.”

“The day before Thanksgiving I came to Carney Tire with a damaged tire hoping to get it replaced before my holiday travel plans the next day. Paul, a service associate explained that they were busy but if I left the tire with them they would do their best to make the repair by closing. I received a call around 4:30 advising that the repair was complete, they installed the tire and I was pleased to continue my travel plans on four good tires and the spare in the trunk. I’m grateful to Paul and his staff for making my minor repair a priority during a busy holiday eve.

“I just got off the phone with Corinne at Mickey's ER in Towson, Maryland. I have had the pleasure of working with her before when I have needed car repairs.
This time, I had a particularly challenging request. It required understanding, research, and patience. “I scheduled for an oil change and the morning I was dropping off the car, the radiator sprung a major leak. AutoWerkes evaluated the issue and replaced the radiator the following day. That is, fitting in the repair immediately into their workload. I purchased the BMW 335i from them in 2016 and they continue to be my sole source repair shop. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, committed to maintaining the car, and I enjoy working with them.”
“I took my 2017 Hyundai Tucson to these professional and kind people. I had a break light that went out and my husband said while he gets the food I should find an auto repair shop, I choose Framerite the customer service was extremely wonderful.
The waiting area was so cool it was like stepping into a man cave that us women would love to at least I know that I enjoyed it.
They fixed my car with no problem and gave me a loaner car while we waited for the end result.

On my first test drive, I brought a Telluride to meet my wife at Target(we waited ~15 minutes for her, Dennis and I got to chat - super down to earth guy) and when we met up, my boys were hungry and not interested in a test drive. She didn’t even get to drive the vehicle, but Dennis offered to drive the Telluride back to Jones, instead of me taking it back or having her even take a quick drive, while my family got lunch. We met up after lunch, drove the vehicle together, and decided we each wanted one! Dennis made sure we got everything we wanted on each vehicle, that we got what we wanted for our trades.
