Horrible and Embarrassing customer service. Employees Cheryl, Angela and Megan or almost all of the employees are really rude and negative judgemental. I was judge on my appearance. I could hearing them talking. You never know what somebody is going through. I come to visit family I don’t have a choice to go to another store as that is real inconvenient.

I called in before 10 am and asked for two fresh breakfast pizza. They said sure no problem. Then I make the drive to pick them up and the lady cooking literally refuses to make them. She insisted that she has food in the oven for lunch. Now, I'm no idiot and know pizza go through the pizza oven not the regular oven. What should be an easy request made difficult and results in unhappy customers. I'm sure it's not her first time.

OMG !!! This High’s is AMAZING !!!
I had a Crab Cake ( price was $9.99 ) and it was SO FREAKIN GOOD.
They have a HUGE Menu and prepare Foods from Walking Tacos to Hurricanes ( ice cream treat ) to Yes CRAB CAKES and so much MORE!
Love this place ❤️❤️❤️

In the amount of time it took me to buy a 1/2 gallon of milk, I heard one of the staff members behind the counter drop the F-bomb no fewer than 5 times. Real classy establishment.

This High's has the Best Pizza in the world here. All there staff is kind. They have a very clean Public restroom. The parking lot and the store was very clean too. Megan was the one who told me how good the pizza was and now I can't get enough of the pizza.

Just got home from highs. I live close by and stopped to buy two quarts of ice cream. Went to the counter the guy made some sort of noise and I said hey. I paid and he slid the quarts towards me. I asked for a bag and he acted as though I asked for his last kidney. He gets one and I put the ice cream in and say thanks. He then says 'is there anything else you want' I tell him no just a bag to keep them together. I didnt want them rolling around in the car. I went outside to my car and thought why would he ask me that since I had already paid, I went back in and asked him and he just stared at me. I asked him if he was being a smartass and he replied 'basically' I asked why and after a few moments he said I had asked for alot of stuff. I said name one other thing than the bag. He just looked at me with a blank stare then turned and walked into the back and didnt come out. I asked why dont you come out and talk it out with no reply I left. Intend to see manager and talk to the owner and highs main office. This kid has to be on something.

This place is a dump! The parking lot is dirty, the Squeegie washer reservoirs are always empty, half of the buttons are no-op on the pumps, and no paper for receipts. I would never eat anything here if this is the level of care.

My husband and I love Highs ice cream and will often go for a cone. On 7/1/22 the gentleman working that evening outright refused to serve us ice cream. Who does that? When I asked him why, he stated he had to deal with something else. We've seen this employee there before and he isnt overly friendly but he downright refused to serve us. The gentleman in line before us told my husband " I knew you weren't getting any ice cream from him". I'm done with Highs! Too bad because they have great ice cream.
