Dan, was the first contact, scheduled a free estimate, described what we needed, and scheduled the job. Brian the gentleman arrived early (nice surprise) and started the job right away. Not only did he prepare the area for the new install railing, Brian also was kind enough to grind down remnants of the old railing that had rotted away, to give a finished look to the cement.The installation process was quick and clean, left the front cement steps looking great. So very happy the the results. Slightly more expensive then previous quotes, but definitely worth the quality of work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Went gun safe shopping over the Black Friday weekend, and me and spouse traveled far and wide for the Winchester 36 gun case safe that was on sale. Last place we checked was the Rosedale location, I called and spoke to Will. Great customer service over the phone as well as in person!! He was really knowledgeable about the safe and gave us great advice how to transport this beauty home. We was able to purchase the safe on Saturday and pick it up on Monday. “An old school hardware store with your basic needs for most jobs you're doing but it has tons and tons and tons of wood for building materials you could literally build a house from the small hardware store.”

“I do curbside pickup when I order online here. It always goes smoothly and it is a nice service to have. The only thing negative I can say is that the prices seem on the high side but then again everything these days is doing nothing but going up in price. As a specific example the dog food I bought 2 months ago is now $6 higher today than it was then!”

“I've been to this Home Depot before, and my first instance was trash. One particular worker wouldn't listen (had his airpods on while we asked for help) and acted like me and my family were a bother. It was redeemed by the Tool Rental department employees that proved to be very friendly and helpful. But after today and encountering the assistant manager, Donna, and this nice associate named Kat, my opinion of the place totally changed. Donna was so attentive and helpful - I couldn't believe I was in the same place. Shout out to her and her superb management of the store. Looking forward to coming back.”

“I went to the White Marsh store (Pulaski Hwy and Campbell). The staff could not have been more helpful. John in Plumbing and Tom (from Garden, I think) were especially helpful. I needed something cut to fit in my car. Some stores would have turned me away. Tom helped me find what I needed, and John assisted me the rest of the way with my purchase. Top notch and friendly customer service are so rare these days. I found both at the White Marsh Home Depot. Thanks, guys!”

“Love this Lowe’s. 95% of the time I come here I receive great service, friendly, informative, helpful. And the other 5% of the time it’s still friendly, informative, and helpful… I just have to wait a little bit for someone to get around to me. No biggie.Having said that, this past month, two of the times I’ve gone I’ve received BEYOND exceptional service that deserves to be acknowledged. Two weeks ago Jeff helped my husband and I out with some plexiglass. He was so quick, fair in pricing it out (the piece we wanted looked like it was used and returned), and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed. Now today, Carson helped my husband and I out with some outdoor smart cameras. He was so attentive, prompt, looked everywhere for the missing product, and ultimately helped us get what we needed by offering home delivery at the listed sale price. My husband and I were in and out of there so quick, and Carson was so kind and friendly the whole time. Both of these associates deserve acknowledgement for their service. Because of them, I will keep coming back to Lowes.”

“We have to make my life accessible as we go. We build ramps into our friends' houses. We fix our apartment so I can reach things, or not fall out of my wheelchair trying to get over that thing on the floor that separates the kitchen linoleum from the carpet (or the entrance into the bathroom). And we try to fix my 20+year-old accessible van as problems arise. Not to mention we still have all the home and life problems that everyone else has, that would require a trip to the home improvement store. This time we needed charcoal and wood chips so we could smoke a turkey for a gathering of friends to play Cards Against Humanity. I'm pretty sure that we bought our grill from Lowe's, too, just not this location. Yes, we use a regular, cheap black Weber grill to do our smoking. And every turkey we've made (we've done this at least three times) has turned out delicious and moist. Jeremy also needed an extractor kit/set because the arm that holds open the back hatch of our van broke randomly a couple weeks ago, and the screw is stuck in the panel of the van. Being an adult is so much fun, I tell ya. We needed help finding the extractor set, but we didn't even need to ask for help. Our confused conversation caught the attention of one of the employees, and he walked us right to the display. I do love it when I don't have to track down employees. It was a lackluster and uneventful trip. We found everything we needed. Since it's not spring yet, the store seemed sad and boring because there's nothing seasonal on display. While I do love Christmas nonsense, springtime is the best time at Lowe's. I need the outdoor garden area in my life! I need flowers and hope! Would recommend, especially in the spring.”
