CFG Bank Arena is a conveniently located venue with easy parking and surprisingly fast entry and exit. The arena itself is large but not too big, with upgrades that are very welcomed. Many seats have a good sight line to the stage, and they are nicely padded. The staff and employees are consistently noted as great, really nice, very friendly, and helpful. However, the venue has significant drawbacks. The seats are horrendously cramped and narrow, requiring crawling over others if not on an aisle, with steep steps. The acoustics are sometimes described as awful. The layout of concessions is mystifying, with bathrooms not on all levels and food variety not big, though some items are very good. At times, staff assistance has been criticized, such as during a heat-related cancellation when more cooling measures were needed. The overall experience can feel like a maze where amenities come at a high price.
I came here for WWE Monday night Raw and had a great time however the seats are super tight with no wiggle room at all, im only 6ft even 180lbs so I feel for anyone taller or heavier than that because they're definitely gonna suffer unfortunately 😕 On another note the food and beverage selection sucked

Plenty of nearby parking (garages ~20dollars) Easy to navigate venue & plenty of staff to guide you to seats. Potential for stair access depending on seat location. Upper levels are accessible by elevator or ramp. Good views from the top! Plenty of concessions avaible at upper levels. Bathrooms were clean.

Venue itself was pretty good. Parking was expensive which is too he expected. My only real issue is that the staff was actually really rude. It seemed a bit chaotic, there were no stanchions for merch lines so there was just a woman yelling at people to move. We got yelled at for leaning on a wall while in line.
