They literally accused me of stealing a 3 dollar bag of chips when I didn’t. The guy was on the phone with the manger I’m assuming and they were both being disrespectful. I never stole anything in my life. I was in the store for a bit waiting for my boyfriend and I’m not sure why they accused me but I’ve never been more offended in my life. I’ll never go back as they made me extremely uncomfortable

i wish i could give this place zero start, the customer service is horrible and the person behind the register was so rude to me. i am 17 and this 711 is one near mt school, i needed to buy a pregnancy test and it would be very embarrassing to walk around the store with the test in my hand. Being so i put it in my bag. NOT to steal just to conseal before paying for. One man came up to me asking me about it and i said "yes it is in my bag. its a pregnancy test and i dont feel comfortable carrying it around" instead of being understanding he told his coworker behind the counter and when i went to pay i the man yelled at me telling me to open my bad. i stayed calm and said could you please scan the item inside the bag rather than taking it out. He proceeds to reach into my bag snatch the test out, hold it in the air, and shake it to see if the test was still inside the box. After shaking once he picks it back up and shakes it again, then he does it a third time. he does again for the forth time and i just walk away from the register in embarrassment because people from my school are in that 711. Afterwards he finally scans my things up and i snatch the bag from him leaving the store in tears because of my experience. i will never go there again and not to bring race into this but im a dark skin young black girl with 2 other black friends. im not sure if this was an act of racism and hate but i wouldnt be surprised if it was. i hope that man behind the register gets fired!

The store is dirty, has homeless people posing as if they work there and to top it all off they never have sleeves for coffee cups. Needs new management

The store is always well stocked and relatively clean, but the staff always act as if they are doing you a favor by ringing up your purchase, and they are downright rude. As a customer it isn't an enjoyable experience, there is another store two blocks away, it's worth the walk.

This store is usually pretty good. I wanted something different this morning, iced coffee, and there were so many choices and while a staff member was close by cleaning, they didn't offer help. I finally muddled through it. I have over 61,000 points but the clerk didn't apply my purchases until another employee came over and helped.

Drove away with my hot dog and iced tea, on the run between deliveries. Imagine my surprise when, 5 miles down the road, I opened the little box for my hot dog and it was in there bare naked, no bun. Sheesh! Are buns extra now? Do we have to specify?
