This is by far one of the most nastiest locations I have ever been too. I opened a pack of doughnuts that I purchased from them and it had holes in them throughout the entire pack. Then the store just appeared dirty or unkept, next violating health and safety codes left and right while blocking an emergency exit. Lastly going back and forth with a guest being extremely argumentative, exhibiting unprofessional behavior they need a performance check.

Not 24/7. Very unreliable even though you see people inside with lights on and others loitering out front. Very misleading and not in service to the surrounding community

It is very interesting albeit a bit surprising that you have to DIY your hotdog at 7-11. It is so different from 7-11 in Asian cities.

This 7-Eleven is the worst one in city. There has been a growing movement within the local community to shut down or request 7/11 reorganize this business. In one instance, I saw the store's owner or management blasting pepper spray across the establishment and then offering no apologies to the affected customers. Everyone in the store was busy coughing away, mind you it is Covid season. They care little about what happens in their own backyard.

Ras or Raz the manager/owner is extremely disrespectful and rude. In his pursuit to run after a thief he knocked coffee out of my hand and if went everywhere. He came back and watched me cleaning myself up and said nothing and didn't apologize. I pulled him aside to express this to him a week later and how as a regular customer (almost daily because my building is down the street) he was rude, irate and defensive. If I wasn't a calm and rational person, the discussion would have caused a seen. I will never spend another dime in that store.

Conveniently located on my route when I'm heading North. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything I needed, but the lemonade dispenser was not working properly because it was only putting out water.
