There's a cashier at this location who purposefully rings up your items in a way that does not include your rewards after you put in your phone number or scan the bar code. This has happened on multiple occasions. If it's happening to other people, tons of people are getting ripped off thinking they are getting "deals". He also charged me for two slices of pizza after telling me there was only one slice available.

From out of town and the store is closed. Sucks because I walked here.
Edit: filled out the requested form that 7 elevens response here asked me to do and crickets.. they must also be closed.
Disappointing this is the way they operate.

Closes randomly at all times of the day between 9:30pm & 5am… all we’re asking for is consistency or notice of actual hours
This has been going on for 6+ years judging by the rest of the comments
