ZERO STARS!!! If I could rate with zero stars I would! Yesterday the two clerks (male and female) were the rudest customer service people ever! I understand things happen beyond control HOWEVER your delivery is EVERYTHING! I will NEVER tolerate ignorance from no one especially when I’m choosing to spend my $$ at your establishment. I will NEVER step foot in there again under no circumstances!

Worse 711 ever. I come by in the morning around 5:30am and the cashier proceeds to tell me they are “closed” but yet they are open 24/7.
Then other days when I’m actually let in, once you walk up to the counter they tell you to just go and they don’t make you pay for anything. I’ll be making a call to corporate/ owner.

This store is frequently inconsistent. Today around 4:30, it was unexpectedly closed, and there was no notice on the door about the reason or when it would reopen. An employee inside largely ignored us while on the phone, despite several customers wanting to make purchases or get gas. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, she finally signaled through the window that the store was closed. It’s frustrating to think this wouldn’t happen in a different community. It’s unfortunate that some employees lack proper customer service training; while some are very nice, others act as if we owe them something. I typically don’t complain, but today was my breaking point. Remember, the community is why you’re here. Without our support, you wouldn’t exist. Please do better!

For whatever reason this location is always closed after 12am, sometimes they will tell you DoorDash orders only and other times they won’t give you a reason why they are closed. They just shut and lock the doors and look from the inside saying we’re closed!

I damn near got into a fight, with an employee on my lunch break, over a 5 cent paper bag that I paid for ! Let me be very clear the ladies there are cool. This new guy is not it.
To add insult to injury, word got back to me that the manager was conspiring, to assist the employee with coming outside to see about me ! ( In order words teach me a lesson) He needs to conspire to help getting some inventory, and some employees with some type of competence.

At 3:55 pm drove up to the store. Store was closed but gas pumps been operational. Ringed the doorbell ( really a doorbell at a convenient store) 3 times and no one showed up. What a joke!! No wonder that chain is closing all kinds of branches!!

Limited to no Coffee brewed. Coffee machines are constently broken. Staff unwilling to fix issues and rude. Staff listening to racist music on full volume. Store is dirty. Parking lot is dirty. Place should be condemned.
