I love the staff here! Same crew always and friendly every visit. The coffee bar is the best around too. They have the real Nitro brew and keep the sugar-free vanilla syrup in stock.

They dont know how to do there job the lady kept bringing me up for a large fountain drink instead of a big gulp which I put on my app and should have been free but I still had to pay 58 cent and the coupon is still on my phone which means she was ringing me up wrong

When I arrived at this 7 -11 I was in my work uniform and I first noticed that I wasn't even greeted by anyone at the front counter although they stared at me as I walked in. I over heard them being polite, respectful and pleasant to the older customers and I was sure that I would get the same treatment once I got my products for purchase. I even got some great help from one of the employees who was working at the coffee station, but when I got to the counter these three women didn't even say anything to me just stood there as if I was at a self checkout. Not to mention they were talking about them selves while I was at the counter the youngest of the three stood behind the register and rang up my purchase while still talking to the other two women and she extended her hand out as if I was giving her cash. If she was even looking at me she would have noticed that I had a credit card out. Then once I placed it her hand she then looks at me as if I did something inappropriate. She then proceeded to tell me "chip" which I figured out that I had to use the pin pad. Afterwards she immediately went back to talking and texting on her phone. She didn't thank me or make me feel welcomed here at all, and she didn't even offer me my receipt, I walked out thinking how pathetic was that service.I feel that this experience is prime example of selective customer service where only a select group of people get great service and anyone they don't like gets horrible service and it's sad as well as disappointing that people who are minorities are guilty of this in this case... Every customer should feel welcomed and their patronage should be appreciated.. to you women working in the morning at this location: You need to do better than this. If you expect to be respected, valued and appreciated then you need to treat all your customers that way not just ones you like..
