I was accused of stealing after going there for years. I picked up a pack of mini donuts but put it back. I have never stolen in my life. You should not accuse someone unless you clearly see something on tape or see it. I will never go there again. Will take my daily business elsewhere.

This is by far the worst 7-Eleven in the area, they never have anything in stock and the employees are always closing down everything early. Tonight for instance I went in at around 9:45-10:00 and there aren’t any hot dogs on the grill there are no cookies available and this isn’t the first, second, or even the third time this has happened to me. While I understand wanting to be prepared to get off for the night not having key sale items available two hours before closing is kind of unacceptable especially when being between three other locations that never have this issue the only reason I still go is because it’s within good walking distance. I wish this location would’ve stayed 24 hours as well

The two young teenagers running the place for actually doing a great job. I had to transfer money to my cash app card and they both couldn't have been more polite and professional. Perfect examples of how the young kids should act without managers on duty. Their family would be proud!!

Obnoxious that it says 24 hours on google after like two years of them closing before midnight, which is just insane to me in the first place considering I feel like the entire point of 7/11 is that they are open all night. Other than that, it’s not the best 7/11 I’ve ever been to but it serves its purpose for the most part. And honestly the hours they are open are causing me to be overly critical of the store itself, if they stayed open like literally every single other 7/11 in existence, I’d prob just give it four or five stars and chalk any other criticism up to the fact it’s a convenience store on Belair road lol

This is one of if not the worst 7-11 in Baltimore. They sold me 2 $10 Roblox cards and neither one of them worked and when I went to complain to the manager (John) who was not in the store and when he was contacted gave me all the nonchalant attitude you could think of he even suggested that I call Roblox or 7-11 corporate office and no he didn't have the name or number of anyone particular that I could speak to and he was definitely not authorizing any of the staff to refund me my $20.Will not be going back.

Updated review:- The Slurpee Machine has been broken for months.- The ice machine has been broken for weeks.- The fountain sodas have been flat for weeks.- The coffee machine has been broken for weeks.- Certain brands of cigarettes quickly sell out between deliveries.This store is very poorly managed, and I see no reason to ever stop here again, especially when there are 3 other 7-Elevens within 1-2 miles from this store.

Finally gave up on this location, can't get the coffee I want before work, I asked the barista if she can reset the coffee machine her respond was" it is not my job to clean and reset the espresso machine". Employee's are great saying hello when you come to the store but service in general are horrible.

It was me and 4 coworkers buying twice a day in this 7 eleven because it's close to us, but not anymore!!!!!!!! The worst area of this place is the coffee bar! It's always dirty with nasty flies flying around, the woman in charge the coffee bar just walks around with her radio blaring on customers, not caring if the customers feel comfortable. Note: We moved to the Royal farms on the same Belair Rr and we only return to buy in this store if you (OWNER) hire another person who REALLY wants to work! (also the manager needs to do something about it! we already complained to her several times)
