The manager (I wish I’d gotten her name!) was absolutely amazing—an angel in disguise. She had on those thick Kennedy-style glasses (like the anchor from Fox News & MTV back in the day), and her kindness really stood out.
I’d been mowing lawns all morning in this brutal 100°+ Baltimore heat and stopped in for a Frost Gatorade and a few precious minutes of A.C.—I was feeling lightheaded and pretty out of it. She went above and beyond, suggesting I grab a couple taquitos to get something warm and solid in me, and I felt so much better afterward. That quick recharge totally saved the rest of my day.
I’m extremely grateful. Thank you for the kindness, the conversation, and the cool air. You made a tough day so much better!

Our offices are across from this 7-11. The TRASH that is produced from the store filters our streets daily. Disposed soda cans, broken glass and Pizza cardboard boxes continue to be part of the landscape. It remains challenging to keep cleaning the trash they Profit and should beyond a responsibility to tend. Recently a large rat crossed my path this morning.
So wish this store would close.

how do you say you are open 24 hours when in reality that is not true , got there around 10:30ish and the door was locked , lights still on and all. Do not say you are open until midnight and you are barely open passed 10.

Sorry to say this is the dirtiest 7-11, I have ever been in.Always a mess on the floors from drink machines. Waiting for a lawsuit from someone falling. Filthy windows and walls. Just down right nasty.

Employee was rude. He pointed at the sign saying they close at midnight and he was trying to go home. We went in at 11:20pm. Not even close to midnight.

I try to avoid going to this store when this certain employee is working because his people skills are terrible. Even if I don't say anything, this man body language shoots off negative energy. When I find out his name, I will definitely post it and add it to this post
