Amazon locker broken and Chitra yelled at me for asking to see if they could call about fixing the locker. She was so unkind and did not help me. I have gone to this location for years and I will never be back.

I was scammed last month in September by this store! I used a gift card one night - it was either the 16th or 17th of September - and the cashier who was working that night rang up a pack of cigarettes for $14.92. My son told him it was a gift card, so he said slide your card. The card pad said approve but he said it didn’t go through and to slide it again, so the card was swiped again.
Then the pad said declined. Strange.
so he would not give the cigarettes up because he said it was declined.. But I had $25 on the gift card because I had just checked the balance right before going in the store. I decided to call the Visa gift card line to find out if the transaction went through. they verified that there was $25 on the card and then I swiped the card for $14.92 and that it went through and that there was about $10 left on the card. So I went back inside and explained to him what happened and he still insisted that the transaction did not go through and tried to show it to me on his computer. I didn’t know what I was looking at and told him he was wrong but there was nothing I could do. He refused to give me what I had just paid for.
This store basically scammed me for $14.92. I will never go back to this 7-Eleven! Took my money and with a straight face! Be careful, especially with gift cards!

My mom was having a medical emergency and we came in here for napkins to help clean up her vomit. The cashier would not give us any and was extremely rude. What a horrible and cold hearted person.

The cashier lady was rude and unpolite. I went and buy a fountain drink, when I got out of the store, I took a sip of the drink and it tasted like just gas it did not taste like Mountain Dew so i went back and inside the store and politely asked her if i can change the drink because it just taste like gas and she started to scream at me that if I didn’t like Mountain Dew, why did I get that? When I never said nothing about not liking the Mountain Dew I just said can she change the drink because it don’t taste like Mountain Dew or to check her Fountain machine and then when I was leaving she said to not come back to the store no more . VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

The cashier at this place was so unpleasant, rude, abrasive and downright disrespectful. He shushed my 3 year old, smelled of alcohol, and continuously made very rude remarks before finally yelling as I was leaving the store. I plan to report my full experience to corporate. This was the worst experience ever!
