They always run out of fresh made coffee and that's the closest 7-Eleven near my work place ? I be needing me a cup of coffee ☕️. I can't understand why they allow it to run out if you're open for service!! Unhappy regular customer before and after new management!!

I frequent this location multiple times a week.This policy of handing cigarettes after the sale is complete will never work because no employee working there will ever remember the few seconds after ringing everything up and bagging everything to hand the cigarettes to the customer. Please reverse this policy. I purchase cigarettes from there often and they forget my cigarettes around half the time. I have wasted a lot of money purchasing cigarettes I've never been able to enjoy.Store is usually filthy. Liquids usually on surfaces somewhere; sticky in too many places too often.Pastries often never have bags or gloves and If they do will just be thrown toward the pastry section. Area is usually dirty.I'm pretty forgiving of stuff like this but this stupid cigarette policy has robbed me of cigarettes so much and I'm so frustrated with this store I spend so so much money in.Also employees here do indeed seem scared of counting change. Even below the arbitrary change limit enacted by the store.Please reverse this policy of not bagging and holding the cigarettes until the end of the transaction. The employees can not remember the cigarettes after seconds of ringing them up and not bagging them. They can not remember to hand the cigarettes to the customer after the interaction.So many cigarettes purchased and I never walked out of the store with them because I forgot to remind the cashier to keep all my purchases in the same place. It's very frustrating.

Very poor customer service !!! Probably I will not go again this place !! Incident happen at 2/17 /23 around 9:40 am I went to shop I buy something and I had lots of coin change I gave to the lady at counter but she try to refuse to take those penny but still I told her that penny is money too and it’s your responsibility to count and take that after that she took but she sheets very angry after I bought coffee but she don’t want to ring my order and her manager came I try to explain everything but she refuse to listen and she threw away my coffee at trash and she is telling that I was disrespectful but I was respectful in each time hopefully management gets this for better customers service thanks

I came to the 7-Eleven store at 401 E 33rd Street, Baltimore, MD 21218 and the Owner refused to honor the bar scan price of the refill on the 7-Eleven mug for the refill and tried to force me to pay the price he created that was much higher than the refill barcode scan. I refused to be price gouged, so he called the police and they came out and said I did not have to pay, if the price was believed gouging, so I poured it and showed a prior receipt of the same refill price for the cup with scan barcode. Needles to say, I will NEVER patronize this 7-11 store since they like to pull prices out the air instead of honoring the price that it rings up as in the register. I also call the 7-11 customer service and the Regional manager apologized profusely for the less than professional and non-courteous behavior of the owner and promised to make it right, but time will tell.

Please restock the 12 oz sugar free Red Bull it’s been like a week and I can see them in the fridge, just no one put them on the shelves you can buy. I drink like 6 a day. Want me to get them at your store, or on the Remington Ave 7-11. You pick. Also the people who stand out front and hold the door all the time are annoying.

Went to this 711 and ran into rude security lady with unprofessional blond hair(maximum security) that pulled the door back while in my hand screaming they were closed….while two workers were in the store(Caucasian guy long hair and black female chubby female with glasses…basically doing nothing for the hour plus I sat out front store from 1am till now 2:51am waiting for them to reopen and still not open….I thought 711 suppose to be 24hours

The rudest employees ever. The women thought I called her sir and decided to snap on me. Definitely didn’t call her sir, then she says, I apologize. Saying I apologize isn’t an apology. All around horrible customer service. Sad thing is it use to be decent, I’ve live directly across the street for 5 years now and this just started the last year or so. I don’t know if it’s new owners or just a bad place to work but they’re cycling through employees constantly now and the ones they get are horrible at customer service jobs. I’d recommend avoiding this location at all cost. Go the location a few blocks over on Charles and you get the nicest older lady working and she kills you with kindness

Sometimes the staff is a bit curt. They can't stand when I ask for a price check on anything... even when there's no line of people. I go during not-so-crowded hours for a few items. I think it's crazy that the hot food on the rollers & pre-boxed pizza boxes are exposed & people can touch or cough at the food. Every time I want to get a Slurpee, the flavors I want are always empty or refilling. I go at random times, random days, but still can't figure out if they restock items at the designated times. They're constantly out of the stuff I buy frequently. I only buy, occasionally two, pack(s) at a time... they won't restock my common menthol brands. And the same cigarettes change in price nearly every time I pick one up. There's no rhyme or reason. An item stays out-of-stocked on the shelf for a long while before refilling. But they're quick, at least, & the joint is clean & tidy. I wish they took my preferred payment types, but they're local. I'll change my rating if service & availability improve.

Clean store with friendly, accommodating staff.Fresh baked pastries (croissants, donuts. cookies), pizza, hot dogs, fountain, and bottled sodas.The 711 brand ice cream is a great treat!-- tasty, rich, and reasonably priced!

The store stays dirty,they have roaches, all the employees are rude,they fight the customer's! Worse 7-11 ever!!! Shutdown! Should be able to leave NO STARS
