I have been a customer for a long time even when they were in Owings Mills. I have been late a few times and have received a call for payment. But, when I call the store to try to get another item no one calls. Very unreliable with service as well as returning calls. If you are planning to do business with a rent to own store, call rent a center for better customer service.

Jane the manager has been so rude and disrespectful. She literally is breaching a legal contract and called my phone not to schedule delivery but to argue and basically say she will cancel my order because I asked for her general managers information to report her, this is after I spoke with corporate and spoke with the regional manager who told me that she would be calling me to schedule delivery. She needs to be reprimanded and trained on how to deal with customers.

Manager LeJohn at the Northern Parkway location was very rude and inconsiderate. She left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not give my business to this company. Therefore, filed a complaint # 263515 with the Aaron’s customer service. Respect goes both ways.

I have never been into the store and I have had so many problems with them over the phone. I ordered something about two Sundays ago and was told 5 to 7 days for delivery. I called the store after seven days and was told I have to start making payments on an item I do not have. I get told something different every time I call the store every time I call I’m told I need to speak to this one person that seems to never be there and told to call back tomorrow. Just bad all the way around would not recommend this aarons to anybody Gonna start making you pay on an item that they have not even delivered yet.

Had a deal with them in which fell though because I was told one thing and was told another so I canceled my agreement due to bad customer service.

I recently left a bad 1 star review because this arrons sucked, but then they hired a new sales manager named Meka who's been helping me. I'm telling all yall who has had bad experiences, go to her. She is going to turn the reputation of this store around, mark my words! She has been so helpful, kind, and most importantly honest! The last team had me paying on an arcade game that's not gonna even be there any time in the foreseeable future! She immediately refunded my money and I'd helping me get something I actually want. Under her leadership, this store is about to change! I'd bet money on it!

They will get on your nerves an bug you it's straight up Harassment? .Even doe they know you pay the will call you not 2 days but the same day like you are late for a payment.??♀️??? This is my last time dealing with this company ? ????
