I was in town for a baby shower and was in charge of providing some light entertainment/games and signage. We were short on time (3-hour window), but Tom was communicative, experienced, and had an amazing eye for detail. We were very pleased with the results and highly recommend Tom's work and care.

Tom is so kind and helpful! I work as a muralist and Tom prints out all my pounce patterns for transferring text. I always recommend ABC Imaging to my muralist colleagues.

As many other reviewers note, Tom is the heart and soul of this operation. He took on my last minute wedding printing request with no hesitation, and everything came out perfectly (programs, table numbers, large format seating chart on foamcore, place cards). He even passed along some sage advice/well wishes to a slightly stressed bride-to-be. (Thank you, Tom!)

I had a rush job and needed a courier to bring them to the hotel my team was staying at. They had my order at the hotel desk within 5 hours of me sending it. Everything was printed perfectly and the service was top notch. I'll be using them again for sure!

I selected ABC Imaging because I needed posters quickly and read the 5-Star reviews. After contact, I was immediately given prompt attention and was also given very helpful advice about my project. What made this experience even better, was that after a small change/blip in my order, Tom corrected it right away, and actually made the change and then hand-delivered the corrected product within an hour! I honestly did not believe that this level of customer service existed, but apparently it does with Tom at ABC Imaging in Baltimore. I could not be more pleased and impressed and will use them again for my upcoming projects and highly recommend! Thank YOU TOM and ABC Imaging.

I love ABC imaging and use them for my mural work! I’ve reviewed them from my business account but worth reviewing again! They always get my prints done very quickly and I extensively! I often get an email response within a few hours and often get the print the same day or next day. Tom is the best, always fun to chat with and is genuinely interested in me and my work, which makes the experience even better. There’s no one else I go to!

We approached ABC Imaging of Baltimore with an urgent last minute request from another office in our company. It was a mid-afternoon Friday request need it on Monday, we were located in Northern VA and the site was in Aberdeen MD, so we had little hope. Working with Tom, he helped us put together a solution and was able to have it ready and delivered on Monday as needed. The boards looked beautiful and were a great support to our event. Definitely would recommend them and use them again!
