We had an excellent experience with sales consultant David Seldin in early February. We were in the market for a stainless steel double oven. He was extremely service oriented, efficient and mindful of our time. After helping us select the product we wanted, he very carefully addressed measurements for the inside cabinet install. The installation worked out beautifully and once again we were very pleased with the competency and courteous manner of the install team.

The entire experience was just great. We purchased a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. David, the sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, was never pushy, answered all our questions and got our order in and installed within just over a week. The installers were awesome as well. The whole process was easy and professional. I highly recommend ABW. We'll definitely be back!

In the last 2 years we have purchased 2 appliances from ABW. In the past we gad done business with them under the former name Cummins. The transition to the new company was pretty seamless. The customer service is still great. I highly recommend them.

Terry made purchasing my Speed Queen washer and dryer the easiest process ever! I am so happy with my purchases and I honestly wish I had bought these sooner. The process took less than 15 min and the delivery was set up just as quickly. The delivery and haul away was perfectly executed as well.If you want high quality appliances with great warranties & delivery times you can’t beat as well a great sales staff, ABW is definitely the way to go.Thank you again, Terry! Great experience dealing with this company. I purchased a fridge and a freezer for the basement, and paid to have the old refrigerator removed. The installation was smooth, however, there was an issue that was not caught until after the install team had left. The installer was able to return on the next business day and quickly fix the issue. Management was very responsive and offered an extended warranty as a courtesy for my trouble. I would do business with this company again!

We purchased our upright Fridgidaire refrigerator and freezer pair and dishwasher with extended warranty from Cummins appliance right before it was sold to ABW appliances. Our appliances are less than 3 years old. Our freezer has not been working properly with lights blinking and not turning on at all and accumulating ice on the bottom for over a month. Unfortunately dishwasher broke at the same time in the middle of the cycle. It has a puddle of dirty water on the bottom for 2 weeks now (we did check the filter) that is impossible to drain…Repairman showed up once 2 weeks ago. He claimed that he fixed the freezer - - lights worked for a grand total of 3 days and are not working again. He has not touched the dishwasher. We kept calling service department and we were given an appointment in 2 weeks. In the meantime dishwater fluid is becoming moldy and by now it’s a health hazard. I called them today and waited for 30 min on hold. After that the call was dropped. I would strongly recommend against using this appliance store and their warranty repair service center.

Ours was a difficult job - the old dishwasher was installed below floor level so the removal of the old and install of the new dishwasher was very tricky and difficult. Dave, our salesperson found the best model for our installation that also met our dishwasher requirements. In the job, Paco figured out an engineering solution that did not require us to cut out a hole in the floor! Joshua and Maynor made it happen. They communicated and advised me about their concerns and solutions as they were working. They were all professional, polite and considerate of my home. I am thrilled and highly recommend ABW for your appliance needs.
