We needed a basement waterproofing sealer and the only store in Baltimore that had it in stock was the Fed Hill Ace. Within 15 minutes of the online order it was ready for pick up. The team onsite was ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. Great experience. Knowledgeable staff. Speedy response. WINNING!

What makes a small shop like this so great is that you can walk in, they immediately ask how what you want and how they can help, they walk you to your destination, and you can get personalized service to help choose what is best for your project then you can relax and feel free to browse at your leisure. This is not a big box store meant for contractors. This is a small store, designed to meet the needs of savy homeowners and DIY aficionados. They also have a more personalized selection if products, not just the cookie cutter selection at the big stores. Thanks ACE for being a true Stuart of the community.

I absolutely love this store/location! I needed to pick up the essentials to create a marble step cleaning kit and Federal Hill Ace came to my rescue. Officially feeling like a true Baltimorean in that I now have the necessary materials to bring the love back to the marble that had not been cleaned in I don't know how long. For those interested in creating your own marble step cleaning kit, all you need is some Bon Ami, a pumice stone or two, a stiff bristle brush, and bucket for water to wet down the steps and rinse them. This cute metal bucket is highly recommended!
The staff at this location are always spot on and wonderfully friendly and helpful. They truly have everything here and if they don't have it, they'll find it for you. No need to shop anywhere else.

A wonderful one of a kind space where you are always greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for each and every time! The communal love for Decker (rip) and now the newest furbaby just add to the sense a place where you shop for hardware and more but find decency and respect which is in short order these days.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with kindness and genuine care; they truly go above and beyond to help. They even gave me a small gift after showing them some love on social media. It meant so much and truly shows how much they value their community. It was half-price outdoor plants day. I got a lemon grass and lavender for a total of $4 plus tax. Went back for a large plantar of everbearing strawberries for $17. Yay!
