I'm proud to be a customer and member of Ace Hardware! It is a small town store that brings me good vibes with all the freindly and helpful service. I really enjoyed ladies night last night and appreciated all the best greetings, free samples, discounts and giveaways. I even did a shelf project and picked out a free plant and received 20% off my purchases. Thanks Ace!

It's always a pleasure to shop at the Canton Ace Hardware Store. There is that friendly neighborhood vibe that you do not receive from other Hardware stores. I am always greeted by multiple associates who offer their assistance. Katie has helped me on multiple occasions in the paint department and was extremely helpful in selecting paint colors as well as mixing my paints. Sam has also helped me numerous times finding items and is very pleasant to talk with. Owen has helped me in the gardening department numerous times and is very knowledgeable regarding soil and plant selection. All of the associates are always friendly and willing to help you. I always leave feeling good due to the positive attitudes of the associates and the pleasant atmosphere in the store.

This stores are joke . They want $49 to ship a $52 bag of pro mix.. over a
$100 for an item that you can purchase at any gardening store for about $40. Im not surprised, they have been a rip off forever. Thanks for guaranteeing that I will never step foot in your rip off store again. btw if anyone is looking for reasonable prices.... urban organics has everything ace has and more, available for pick up for less than half the price.

I had a fantastic experience. Owen or Own really helped me a lot. I walked into Ace Hardware with a tricky problem - I had found an antique European door knocker that I needed to attach to a tricky plastic door. Owen went out of his way to work through my problem and help me between finding the right size and length of screw to helping me with my old drill to brainstorming how I could make my idea for a project into a reality. I cannot recommend Owen enough.

I’ve appreciated this hardware store in the past for its small size and the personal help you can usually get when looking for something specific. That’s one of the benefits of a local shop like this. Unfortunately, today was a different story — every employee I interacted with came across as uncourteous, dismissive, assuming and frankly, rude. It was disappointing, especially given how helpful the service has been before. Hoping it was just an off day, but it definitely left a bad impression.
