Staff is always helpful, offering advice on the best products to get, based upon their personal experience. I am promptly shown where what I am looking for is located. Overall experience is much more personal than the bigger stores, and it's closer to home for me.

This is my new toy store. You are always greeted when you walk in. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable amd are always helpful.

I took a chance and went back to Rommel for more string for my weed trimmer. There were so many I was confused. Along came a helper . When I told him what I was confused about he asked if I bought my product from this store I had. He said he can find out by my phone number on the computer. A minute later he was on his way down the aisle and picked up the right box. I bought 2 !

I want to give a huge shoutout to Randy at Ace Hardware on Ebenezer Road for going above and beyond to help me out! I came in with a too-long towel bar and no good way to cut it myself. Not only did Randy cut it down perfectly, but he also spared me from buying a saw I’d only use once—true customer service at its finest.
He was kind, helpful, and patient—and made my day a whole lot easier. As a Realtor, I’m constantly problem-solving behind the scenes, and it’s people like Randy who help me deliver that full-service experience for my clients. Thank you, Randy!

I was looking for a reasonably priced lawnmower ( under $275) and there was no way that I was going to find one here. The cheapest that I could find was $499. It is summertime so I can understand but I went to Lowe’s and was successful.

I bought 5 bags of Scotts Top soil and used it. Price per bag was $4.99. Later that day I found out the price for the same item, same brand and same weight at Home Depot was $3.28 and $3.27 at Lowe's.

We had a new grill delivered and both delivery people were great! The grill was assembled and too large to get up the stairs, so they took the time to take some parts off in order to get it up the stairs and then they reassembled it out on the deck. I was so thankful for their extra help as it was a surprise Father’s Day present for my husband. They even brought my old grill out to the garage for me. Happy that we chose to go with Ace vs the big box store. Will def be purchasing our grill accessories there.
