The location is convenient for me but there's alot of various things that goes on in that parking lot they need to have more patrol officers or security that's gonna do their job to keep the area safe for customers when they come there to shop

Arbutus location: I definitely appreciate the Manager there, Keisha. She is polite and patient. She definitely should think about improving her team. She's always working ?

Customer service sucks!!!! This store sucks!!!!! Both employees working @ the time was no help at all, some people just don't take pride in their job, it was a gentleman in the parking lot who helped me find what I needed, he actually showed more Customer service. One employee was so fast because he was working on someone's car in the parking lot didn't have enough time to do his own job. Never coming back I don't like the attitude I was given

I went to purchase three replacement windshield wipers for my sister-in-law's car (2 in the front and 1 in the rear). I googled to get the sizes and then, at the checkout, I asked the sales associate to please confirm I had the right sizes for the year/make/model in question. Consulting his computer, he insisted, multiple times, that two of the wipers I had were incorrect -- and told me to get different ones, which I did. When I went to install them later that night, the two he insisted I change were (wildly) incorrect. I dislike giving Amazon my business and would much prefer to support a local store. But who wants to shop at a store that's the opposite of helpful? I returned the wipers the next day and the sales associate (a different one) was friendly and professional. For this reason, I am giving some stars since returns are always a part of the overall shopping experience, even though no one wants to have to do that.

Service is all time low, wouldn't recommend buying stuff from here unless you're OK using products that get taken back without being check if they work again to resell

I came here to get a starter for my vehicle. The mechanic told me I could use his account to get the part so i can get it at a discounted price. I go there and tell the dark skin skinny girl with dreads in her hair I'm here to purchase a starter for my vehicle. And I wanted to use the mechanic account. I give her the mechanic company name. And the girl started started getting smart in an aggressive nasty tone saying who.? While mugging me. I told her the name of the shop again. The white lady she walks over and says oh what's the mechanic name? Whats the mechanic number huh huh huh? I said um I don't know his number and don't know his name. Then the black girl with the dreads saying what's his name huh? What's his name mugging me like I was bummed on the streets. I said I don't know. At this point I felt like I was being ganged up on and attacked. So I told them I think he said his name was Mr. Ron. I don't know. So the black girl still mugging me and the white woman said oh I know him, now she calms down and says the reason why we ask is because it's alot of accounts under that name. So then she gives the black girl the number to look it up. And the white girl Saya oh Mr Ron sends alot of his customers here to get parts . I've stated to them I've never been treated lime this before. Yall treated me so poorlyI was so disgusted with how these ladies have treated me. I will never return again. I only came to this location was because I've been to 3 different locations and they were out of stock. I do not recommend no one doing business here.

The store is fine but those mechanics are out front are hacks. Went there for a $20 oil change ended up paying $500 for new oil pan plug and lid because they strip my oil plug

I ordered some parts for an oil change, online the night before. The app said it was ready for pick up. I get to the store the next morning. The store didn't have anything that I ordered. Oil, the oil filter, & air filter. Wasted my time and gas to get there only to cancel my order and forced to go to another store that has these things in stock. What a joke.

I'm on the phone with one of the staff at Advance Auto Parts for about 10 minutes now. The staff put me on hold. I like shopping at this location. The staff needs to know how to more friendly with their customers. Now I been on hold for 20min. If this do not resolve any problems with the staff returning to the phone. I will be going straight to the top. Not to the owner but to the BBB about their situation. I do not want to hear about thanks for being here with Advance Auto Parts. And "we" will do better next time. This is poor Business on the staff. All I wanted is to ask a question.
