I had to stop in tonight, while it's raining, because my windshield wiper fell off and was told they can't put my wiper on for me because there aren't enough employees in the store when there were two. Employee that told me this was a man with dark hair and glasses. I'll never shop there again. It's unsafe for myself and my child to have to drive around town in the rain without a windshield wiper.

The older man with glasses was totally out of line the way he talk to people. Was asking some questions over the phone. He had an attitude the whole time. Hung the phone up on me before we were done. Went over to the store to confront him and still was rude. Called corporate to let them know what was happening. Long story short I will never spend another penny in that store.

Zach acknowledged us immediately and looked up the parts we needed without any issues. He was personable and professional!!

This store is apparently prone to closing hours ahead of schedule and just putting up a hand written paper sign saying it will be open again the next day. Their oil tank wasn’t full but probably hard to fill when they aren’t open full time.

Place is open but one of the employees was at the front door with it locked. It was a Thursday at 4 and the sign said reopens Monday at 8am. Employees were in the store but would not let anyone in.

We had been tearing apart my fiancés truck for days & staying up late each night doing it, sometimes until 1am. Needed a part around 8:50 the other night & ran up to Advanced Auto Parts since it said they had it in stock. Got there & the door was already locked before they closed with the employee sitting there on his phone. Refused to acknowledge me, knocked on the door he still ignored me. Knocked again - by this point there were other people outside who needed things too- he finally looked up & shook his head no then went back to his head in his phone. What store CLOSES before their closing time when you have people who need things. Will never go there again.. more auto businesses around Dundalk with better customer service than them! Auto Zone has my guaranteed business now.

It dont matter what online store says about your part being in stock,you better call and ask if its in and when they say yes i have 1 here ask em do they havei it in their hands cause they just looking at the online store and it says they have 1 dont mean nothing unless its in hand,many many times i went to pik up a part here and fell vicem to the we dont have that but i can order it bs. So ask do you have rhe part in your hands im driving a ling way to pik it up.

They have no knowledge of which promotion is running. Deer in the headlight looks! Even the manager (Tony) had no clue! I believe I will start a business relationship at Auto Zone across the street.

Friendly, quick, I don't usually come in auto part stores anymore especially since Amazon came about.I went in and grabbed interior detailer, washer fluid, and 1 air freshener and it came to $30. With Walmart so close, I'd recommend to keep driving and stop there for your accessories, for parts If you can wait a few days Go to Rock auto or even Amazon has the brands they sell.

I stopped in for a battery and they have advertised free install. They tried to upsell me to the top tier battery. I asked for the install and was told that they only had two people working and were busy. There weren't any other customers and the phone wasn't running off the hook. I walked outside to swap the batteries in my truck and both workers that were so busy came out and took a smoke break, didn't bother to assist as I struggled under the hood of my truck. I asked for one of them to assist and they said "hold on" and both walked back inside the store. I would not suggest shopping this store as they have lazy workers. I'll be taking my future business elsewhere.

Called to find out if they had self filling primer for a project. Person we spoke to said they did and we said we would be in. Got to the store and looked on the shelf for the project. One of the sales reps Eddie asked if I had called about the primer and I said I had. He had put two cans at the desk aside for us if we can in. This kind of customer service used to be a standard and is now so rare to find! Thank you Eddie!!!

Came here for a check engine light diagnosis , The lady behind the counter handed me the machine and told me to do it myself ....3 other co workers standing behind the counter and no one offered to help me after I told them I do not have any knowledge on where to place the cord for the diagnosis to be made! They just stared at me and said nothing ! They are at work , in customer service.....and offer 0 help!!! Clearly they were lazy and did not want to help or get wet in the rain I guess! Horrible service!
