Our experience with Ali was more than phenomenal. My husband and I are first time homebuyers. We also did not grow up in the US, and therefore our understanding of real estate and home buying was very minimal to begin with. Our close friends highly recommended Ali as our first ( and now forever ) real estate agent. Our first meeting with Ali was literally a crash course in real estate. She was so patient and so knowledgeable and spent over an hour explaining the process to us in detail and making sure we understand very basic concepts such as : putting in an offer, what is an Ernest money deposit, what is an appraisal, etc… this initial meeting gave us the confidence to be able to start our home search journey. Throughout our journey, she came to every house showing with us ( even on weekends and after hours ). She was super available, answering our emails and messages during weekends and even while she was about to board a plane ! What we loved the most about her though was that she was never “pushy”. She never pressured us into putting offers and we never once felt that she was rushing us through the process, something that we were very worried about when we heard other people’s experiences with other real estate agents. We felt very comfortable through the entire process and we felt that she genuinely cared about us and about our future home. In summary, Ali is everything you would want in your real estate agent, especially if you are a first time home buyer. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, reliable, always available, and never pushy. We would recommend her to our friends and family in a heartbeat.

Our family partnered with Alison to help us sell our home in Canton. Alison and her team were extremely helpful and professional through the process. She took time to share with us current market details and thoughts on best time and price to list our home. She also introduced us to an interior designer on her team to make sure the house was staged at its best for online pictures and open house. Working with Alison and her contacts, we were able to secure an offer within 3 days of listing. Once the offer was accepted, she continued to work closely with us to prepare for closing. As a first time home buyer and new to baltimore city Alison Hudler made my first buying experience a breeze. Even during the tough months with little on the market and getting out bided Alison continued to find ways to help me be competitive in this market.Alison was patient and kind with me as I was new to this and had no knowledge of buying a home. This review is for Alison Hudler, based on my wife & I's recent experience buying a home in Baltimore. We met Alison when we started our search for a home this Summer of 2023. We closed our buying process 2 days ago, with keys on hand. We want to share that Alison was our buying agent and she was of great support to us during the whole process. She was very open to showing us houses at different times and days, including weekends, to accommodate our schedules. She was also very patient with us, no matter how many houses we saw, she was always positive and helpful. She was also great at pointing out pros and cons about the houses we saw. Alison Hudler absolutely crushed it for us when we sold our home recently!! She is knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely insightful. Her strategy for listing the home specifically is what stood out most. The philosophy she employs keys in on the specific home she's focused on rather than a "one size fits most" approach. She researched and broke down all of the details making them easy to digest and make informed decisions. This approach led to 16 offers in hand and selling for more than $50k above list price.Not only is Alison a rockstar herself, but the team she has built around her make the entire process truly enjoyable and stress free. We have known Alison since we bought our beautiful home in Locust Point. From our first meeting with her, I was struck by her calm manner and responsiveness. Naturally, when we decided to sell that same home, we picked Ali to handle the sale. I have known Alison Hudler a long time. Only recently have a come to know her as a realtor. She agreed to help me sell my house, as we prepare to downsize and move to the beach.I can’t say enough good things about her. On top of being gorgeous, she is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very caring about her clients.She asked what she could do to do better, and I honestly could not come with anything to tell her.
