RUDE! Unprofessional. Roy was a jersey, using fowl language because he had to stay late. And Roman Castrili, wow. You would think in order to keep business, you wouldn't try to be tough.. and talk tough. I did receive an apology shortly after his comment, but there was too much damage already done.. USE A1
