I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Antwerpen and I have to say that I’m glad I did. Charles Green (our salesperson) was excellent. Very down to earth and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle.

“Jack Says Pound Sand”We purchased a used 2020 Wrangler Unlimited with just under 46,000 miles on September 1st. We traded in our 2014 Wrangler.Our salesman was nice to deal with. The finance person was also kind, but his demeanor numbed when we made it clear we wouldn’t be buying any warranties or other products.Our payment & interest rate were as good as we expected.We noticed on the way home that our Apple Maps and Waze apps would not give spoken turn by turn directions & we figured it was some setting not properly adjusted. It turned out the left front speakers were not working.We contacted our salesman the next day and he set up an appointment for us to drop the Jeep off for repair. The service advisor let us know the left front speaker needed to be replaced at a price of about $250. We had a brief back & forth with service & the sales person before agreeing to pay less than $100 for a speaker which would be ordered as take a few days to get in stock. We changed our mind and declined the repair.The front dash speakers are interchangeable. We swapped the left & right speakers and found the speaker still didn’t work. The diagnosis was incorrect. After the fact, I doubt any technician even looked at the vehicle. We might have waited a week for the part to arrive and then have the service department tell us the vehicle needs additional repairs. Thank goodness we didn’t let them start shotgunning parts at the vehicle at our expense in an attempt to fix it.The salesman said repeatedly that the audio system is not part of the power train & the dealer had no responsibility to fix it. By state dealer law, that is correct. It certainly doesn’t make it right. He also said I should have bought the warranty I declined to buy. The dealer knows that you can’t get an extended warranty claim covered until 30 days after the sale of the vehicle.No “sorry that happened” or “let’s see what we can do”. Antwerpens slogan is “Jack says Yes”. This time Jack said “pound sand”.3 years old with 46,000 miles. Antwerpen didn’t design and build it, and it is a used vehicle, so I don’t expect perfection, but the window sticker said the vehicle was equipped with Uconnect & Apple CarPlay. Without the left front speakers working, we really don’t have either since all of the infotainment voice prompts come through the left front speakers.We may have a defective amplifier, audio unit, or wire harness & may spend more than $1,000 in repairs on a vehicle we’ve had for 1 week.Antwerpen made no effort to stand behind what they sold us. I have no faith in their service departments ability or willingness to accurately diagnose a problem.They completely left me holding the bag. Thanks Jack. I’d never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership because the don’t seem to care what happens after you sign your paperwork and I’d avoid the service department as well due to hasty inaccurate diagnostics.Buyer beware.

I always have a good experience when taking my vehicle here. On this last occasion, Lejuan was excellent in helping me with my understanding the options for maintenance and service. As long as I have this vehicle this will be my place to service it.

This dealership never disappoints! The service reps are nice and professional from start to finish, and my Jeep is always in and out within a couple of hours. I absolutely love the Saturday Drive-Up option due to my busy schedule. Anastasia went above and beyond during my last visit and I left knowing what type of repairs I will need the next time around. Thanks to everyone for exceeding my expectations once again!

My experience with this dealer is not good. I bought a car on 08/07/23. The car I traded in still has not been paid off 09/01/2023. So I got hit with 2 car payments. One of the cars I do not even own anymore. In my opinion, this dealer is in financial trouble. I have never in my life seen a dealer take the full 30 days to pay off a trade-in. I know they are stretching it out to September so they have more financial gains. Hopefully, my trade-in will be paid off by 09/07/23. I have filed a Better Business Bureau claim and have not received a response. Unfortunately with this circumstance, I have to assume the worse that they will not hold up their end of the contract. I will be filing a claim with the DMV because of this delayed payoff. I also called a finance person (Marcus) and they said they would look into this and get back to me and that still has yet to happen. I would not recommend or use this dealer because it's almost getting to the point where I will have to obtain a lawyer as well. Who wants to go through all this trouble to buy a car?The finance team also tried to sneak a higher price for the car than what was agreed upon and said they did not know about the price when I was right there when the salesman wrote the paper up and handed it off.

I was asked to bring my vehicle in on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, but it wasn't worked on until the 21st. When I inquired about the delay,i was told that there was no one available to work on my vehicle. Of no one was available, why was it important to get it in so soon?Among the work I asked I've done on my vehicle was to repair the front end due to a feeling of the truck bottoming out when I hit a bump. When I picked up my vehicle and read the after-repair report, the report listed only a basic inspection was completed; that inspection did not recreated the issue I reported. I took a repair tech on a test drive and recreated the issue, to which he stated that he believes that my vehicle has a weak strut. Now I have to have my truck repaired again because of the lack of a thorough inspection by your shop staff.I'm only giving you 2 stars because of not starting the job when the truck was brought in as requested by your staff, not thoroughly inspecting the vehicle to find the problem I reported, and the lackluster job that was ultimately done.

Living in PA it is hard to buy a vehicle online from a car dealer in Maryland. I can't say enough good things about Charles Green. I asked many, many questions and if he didn't know the answer he got one for me and always called me back. He went out of his way to make sure that I knew what was happening with the car and personally delivered it to me. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Purchased 2020 Chrysler minivan. Great sale enjoyed the interaction and point of sale. Spoke with parts and ordered floor mats. Representative was old said he had a rough weekend so did not want to bother him. Haven’t dealt with Service yet hope it is as help as purchase was.

The whole team at Antwerpen is amazing. We had a great, no haggle experience! The sales and Finance teams worked together to get us the deal we were looking for. Even while my toddler was running around like a mad person, everyone was great. We drove over an hour to buy a specific car from Rob at Antwerpen, and would absolutely make the drive again!

I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sport from Antwerpen recently. I was pretty sure this was what I wanted, but I'd never been to Antwerpen before. I dealt with a couple of different sales people and several staff members, and everyone was very helpful. I took a test drive and ended up buying a Jeep off the showroom floor. This had a few more options than I wanted but a lot of things I did like. The clincher was the "Jack Says Yes" price, a significant discount that I wanted to lock in before Mr. Jack changed his mind. Probably there was no real rush, but I liked the car enough to go ahead and just needed a few days to come up with the cash. It took a while to get all this sorted out, but in the end things worked out OK. And they gave me a fair trade-in for my old Volvo. So I am a satisfied customer.

Purchased a jeep. It wasn’t extremely terrible, the salesman was nice, the financing department did what they could… I guess. But I wouldn’t recommend them, just because I feel like if you have any issues with your vehicle, receiving services after your purchase is such a huge inconvenience, more than it’s worth. Overall, the experience was like any dealership, so why not try another location first.
