I guess hours are incorrect because I was told they were closed at 925pm. Guy was extremely rude behind counted. Seemed like he was serving security free food but couldn't serve paying customers.

A great Arby’s in the airport. They had mostly everything in the menu but buffalo chicken sandwich and tacos. Arby’s and McDonald’s are definitely the cheapest places to eat a lot in this airport.

I hope the manager at this location reads this and takes corrective action. I visited this location on 11/1/23 at about 2:30pm. As I approached the guy taking the order was very disengaged, the young lady came to the other side of him and proceeded to eat her French fries which wasn’t the big issue (unprofessional non the less) as I proceeded to order I look in the back and the guy making the sandwiches was actually eating his sandwich while making food! I told the cashier, that was disgusting and no thank you to ordering ANYTHING from this restaurant. Having worked in fast food I know you get a break so why would they think it’s appropriate to eat and make customers food. Guess it’s chic fila for me! Hence why Arby’s had no line and the others had plenty of customers

Really DISGUSTING "beef" in the "Classic Beef and Cheese" sándwich. Wow.Jamocha shake was just okay.Find somewhere else to eat. Avoid this place.

The supervisor at this location needs a refresher on courtesy. Placed my order and waited 10 minutes to be told they ran out of roast beef. And 10 minutes was with only 2 people in front of me. Was offered a smaller different sandwich and no attempt to make up for the price difference. Then they ran out of condiments and personal preference, I can't eat this much food now. So I asked for my money back. Attitude lady comes out and sarcastically tells me thank you. Uh, you did not do me a favor by giving me my money back. You didn't have what I wanted, so I should get my money back. There are no signs that say all sales final. Nobody said sorry for the inconvenience or anything. If they had, I would say thank you. DO BETTER. Especially when I walk 10 feet over to McDonald's and greeted very nicely and thanks both after paying and when giving me the food.

Wanted to try the new fish sandwich with some curly fries so I ordered it and from walking from the restaurant to my gate when I sat down my food was cold I took it back and let them know was cold the Lady replied OH LORD THEN GOT THE MANAGER and instead of them giving me some FRESH FRESH FOOD they gave me my money back as if I was a problem for my complaint. It was very poor service from the beginning When I came to the line no one greeted me they just stood there until I asked was I next and very terrible attitude towards my being unsatisfied about the cold food all I wanted was my meal to be hot I've been flying all day and haven't eaten all day and now I have nothing to eat thanks a lot for the experience in Baltimore airport at Arby's I'm not a happy camper and still hungry ?

chicken biscuit for breakfast... horrible. dry, small piece of chicken. Don't do it. Now I know why there was no line at breakfast. They need to stick to roast beef.

Sure, we understand that technical issues happen, and you can only take cash. But this shouldn't mean that the usual ways of doing business go out the window.First, most of the civilized world believes that a numbered menu item on a fast food menu means that you're ordering a meal. When you have more than enough cash for the listed price, and then have to end up doing the "how much for one rib" dance to be able to afford your drink and side, that's poor.Second, why did nobody bother to make my order, nor even cook the food needed for my order? And why did the lady that took my order need to see my receipt (when she should obviously remember me from the previously-mentioned dance) to be able to get my order made?

Normally when I visit a city as infrequently as I do Baltimore, I like to try fun restaurants, novelty places, or at least regional chains. However, when you're only in a city for a 3 hour layover & you arrive at 6 am, pickings are pretty slim. So I opted for breakfast at Arby's.Their credit card connection wasn't working so they were only taking cash, but other than that, they were fast, friendly, & got my order correct. Can't hope for much more than that when it comes to airport food court fast food.
