Caroline at the Towson Arhaus was amazing. I’ll preface this by saying that I’m a guy with no interior design experience. I went in to check out a few specific indigo colored throw pillows for my couch that I’d seen online. It was about an hour before closing. Caroline listened to what I had in mind and then quickly got to action. She was incredibly helpful in offering a number of suggestions of varying designs and colors. I walked out an hour later with two indigo throw pillows and two large grayish (chinchilla) lumbar pillows for my couch. I’d been looking for potential combinations online for a while, and Caroline came up with the perfect combo in about an hour. It was very impressive to see Caroline in her element, thinking up new ideas to fit my goal. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and I could not have gotten to this point without her help. I was also impressed with Arhaus’ quality and selection and with how friendly the whole staff was. Great customer experience!

My experience with Arhaus has been excellent each time. I’ve work with Cami for a few years and each time she is knowledgeable and listens for my specific design need. She is patient and executes in a timely manner. I appreciate her professionalism.

I recently purchased my dining room chairs from Drew and we love them! I needed stylish, sturdy chairs that could withstand real family life. Drew was able to show me options that fit my room and budget. Highly recommended!

When my mother and I visited the store for the first time and we were not acknowledged or greeted by any of the 3 employees working there . There was only one other customer in the store at the time and we spent a decent amount of time browsing the entire store. Terrible customer service that would make anyone not want to return again.

I've dealt with several Arhaus locations, but I can confidently say that Barrett is the best. Fast, efficient and timely communication - including post follow up once order has been placed, can't say that for all furniture companies once you pay the bill. His customer service is best in class, I would highly recommend if you're looking for first class service.

Very nice, upscale home decor and furnishings store located in Kenilworth Mall, in Towson. Their staff is very attentive and welcoming and I was made sure I knew help was available!

Please DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from Arhaus. In April, 2024, we purchased a couch and a chair from Arhaus, spending a total of $7000. When the furniture arrived, there was entirely too much fabric on the couch and chair causing it to looked wrinkled and old. We called the Customer Care line. Their solution was to send out a tech. This tech showed up with a hand held steam cleaner you could buy from Target. The hopes were to ‘shrink’ the fabric. Needless to say, this did not work. They then offered to send new ‘inserts’ to the cushions. We waited another 8 weeks for them to arrive only for them to send the wrong inserts. They did not fit our couch. They finally agreed to replace the furniture as they insinuated that it was our fault because we ‘picked the wrong fabric’ for this couch. They were so happy to do the ‘favor’ for us. Arhaus never took responsibility for their terrible craftsmanship. We changed fabrics and reordered the furniture. We waited another 8 weeks. When the new couch arrived, it was damaged. The new couch was wrinkled again and the chair was a different fabric than the couch. When we called the customer care number, they had the audacity to question why we wanted the couch to match the chair. They told us that the correct chair must be in the warehouse. The manager at the Towson store said that WE must be mistaken because “we would never do that.” I assured her the they did, in fact, ship two prices that do not match. I asked them to call the warehouse to ask if our chair was there and was told by both the rep and her supervisor that it was against company policy to contact the warehouse via phone. They said that they would have to email the warehouse and that it may take up to 14 days to get a reply. We finally asked for a refund. The refund arrived 2 weeks after the furniture was picked up only to be $300 short. I called the Customer Care line again and they indicated that I would have to go through the store showroom. I have left 3 messages with the store over the last 4 days and have yet to receive a call back. It’s been 7 months, and I don’t have a couch. Arhaus is awful -
absolutely awful. Avoid this store at all costs.

I recently called ARHAUS . A staff member by the name of Drew could not have been more helpful! He took the time to investigate items that worked with images that I sent him from my house. Most helpful customer service I could have expected over the phone.

Exceptional Service at Arhaus Towson! I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Arhaus store in Towson, MD, and I couldn't be more impressed. The store itself is beautifully curated, with a wide variety of high-quality furniture and home decor items.
However, what truly set my experience apart was the exceptional service I received from the sales and service manager, Cami. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Cami listened attentively to my needs, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pieces for my new home.
I highly recommend Arhaus Towson to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

I always have a wonderful experience when I visit Arhaus Baltimore. The team does a fantastic job bringing my vision together room by room. Cami has assisted in decorating 60% of my historic home. Arhaus always has amazing pieces that transform a room into a uniquely beautiful space.
