Artist & Craftsman Supply Baltimore is a unique art store located in the Station North Arts and Entertainment District. It offers two huge floors fully stocked with nearly everything any creative person would need, from art and craft supplies for every skill level to unique toys and gifts. The store is known for its excellent materials at competitive prices and a small discount for educators. The staff is consistently described as knowledgeable, educated, courteous, helpful, kind, and into art. The artsy, counterculture decor is also noted. Parking is in a small, fenced lot under the bridge at the base of the building, accessed by a staircase leading up to the doorway.
Went to grab some unstretched canvas for a project. Staff was friendly and helpful in assisting my final choice. Parking can be tricky. Parked on the street on a nearby block down the hill and took steps up to the store.
