Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.
