By far the best place in Baltimore to get new tires and service on your car! My tires weren’t in stock (specialty sports tires) but they were able to order them and get them in quickly. Went above and beyond to check my car and make sure I got the services I needed at a great price!

Outstanding - I got a flat tire near their shop and was very pleased to see that there was a tire shop not 400ft away from me. Jill was very kind and helpful - she was able to order the specialty tire that would was needed for my vehicle, got it to the shop the same day and had the car ready to go for me by the time I finished work. Outstanding service and very nice staff.

Not the best experience thus far. Bill the guy up front was very nice, but I paid to have tires installed and a alignment. I have custom wheels (26 inch) so it not easy to find a shop to do work on my truck. This shop was recommended basically for the alignment. Work was completed and I paid for the work. The truck has a vibration that wasn’t there before and I called the shop. No empathy, No Apologies for the inconvenience. The guy on the phone low key tried to dismiss me saying I brought me own tires. All was offered was drop it off one day next week and I’ll rebalance them. Not sorry sir, bring it back so I can ride with you to validate the issue and go from there. Or, we road tested it and everything was fine, can you come by today so we can double check. Dropping my truck off is a major inconvenience, so you can figure out what you didn’t do. I’ll update after I figure out when I can bring it back. Disappointed

My tire pressure light appeared on my dashboard leaving work early Wednesday morning in Washington, DC. I tried to find a Royal Farms with a working air pump to no avail. As I was heading home I was driving passed Atlantic Tire and decided to stop in to see if they could help me. The parking lot was full and they seemed quite busy. I walked in and explained my situation. A very nice associate asked where I was parked and could he have my keys. He took the car and added air to all the tires. He reported that the loss was just a few pounds and nothing he was concerned about. He didn't charge me a dime and I was so very grateful for a safe trip from here. I just wanted to let everyone know how wonderful this service was, especially as I wasn't going to purchase tires at this time. Thanks so much!! Great Job Atlantic Tire. I will be buying my tires from here when needed.

My tire blew on 695, and I was able to limp off the road onto 40 (late on a Friday afternoon) Thankfully, this place was yards away. They did not have the tires I needed in stock but were able to get my spare on so I could come back Monday. They gave me several no-pressure options on replacement and had the tires changed as soon as they came in. They also spotted an issue with the control arm and were able to replace that as well (a huge safety issue) Great staff, very communicative and quick.

Spoke to the girl there on Thursday about mounting and balancing my new 22" dually rims and tires told her I could be in after work today when I show up I got an attitude saying I was supposed to be there in the morning and asked if I'm just dropping off I said I want them installed also she goes in back then they walk over to my new $110k dually and proceed to hang on the rear side of the bed like its a junker they have no respect for customer property and then gave me an attitude saying if it was 3pm we could have done it, it was 3:30pm when we spoke all while sweating over and hanging on the side of my truck I asked if they needed me to open it so they could see the wheels they hung over and said no its fine, when is it fine to hang over the side of a customers vehicle like it's their own vehicle I have never done that when i worked on cars I was raised with manners unlike them. Stay away from this place!

Jill and her crew are amazing!!! Had an issue with another unnamed tire center and they squeezed me in on a hectic Friday and got me back on the road that afternoon. Highly recommend!
