Don’t I repeat don’t go to this authorized dealer for AT&T save your self the time and aggravation. I originally went in to trade in my iPhone 14 for a 16 Pro Max the manager Joshua decided to not only pay off the wrong phone, but he decided to take it upon his self and commit fraud by adding multiple add-ons that I did not ask for nor want I only wanted to trade in the phone that’s it that’s all. Joshua decided to do whatever he wanted to do and fraudulently add a $50 a month insurance plan to my account as well as turbo to both of my lines and I don’t even know what turbo is. Joshua also failed to give me my receipt that prove that I paid off the phone as well as prove that he added add-ons to my account that I did not want. I had to wait two days to get my situation figured out through the corporate location at Whitemarsh. I reached out to the manager, Stephen by email to no avail. When I was purchasing the phone Joshua badmouthed his employees belittling them for when they had a problem with him, they went to the general manager Stephen he basically said he was waiting on a reason to fire her. She was on her way out the door. He rushed through did whatever he chose on my account all because he was in a rush to get to DC for a party and go to the mall again, save yourself a headache and stay far away from the authorized retail location on Boston Street

Even though I was there for more than two hours, Kat’s assistance was amazing. Half of the screen of my phone did not work and that challenge did not stop Kat being able to transfer my contacts, photos, notes, etc. Meanwhile, my phone was transferring Kat assisted other customers in their needs.

Went to order iPhone upgrades after work, store was empty, employee smelled high. Ordered black and gold iPhones, after left checked order he placed it was for two gold iPhones. Additionally he added NextUp onto both phones an additional $10 monthly charge. This was not communicated to me nor was it wanted. The best part is you can't cancel the order. So the shipment will have to be declined and returned.

They are all really nice people but don’t let that fool you. I had my phone stolen and needed a replacement, they told me that if I went through insurance it would take 3-7 business days to get a new phone, so I decided to get an upgrade and instead of them upgrading my current phone line they started a new line on my account after I specifically asked them not to start a new line. I went to the corporate store on Fleet Street and the manager showed me everything they did to my account.

Adriana was very helpful and assisted me in upgrading to a new phone. She was professional the entire time and to everyone else I saw that was there. She did her best to assist multiple people at once(ie while I was comparing new phones she quickly went to the next customer until I was finished).
