I wish I could give 0 stars , they have been scamming me out of $80 extra a month for over a year and refuse to rectify the situation because "I should have read my monthly bill" no your crooked reps shouldn't have signed me up for extra insurance without my permission to boost their sales. Worst customer service ever we are switching to Verizon TOMORROW!

Hoping to be reached out to by the area manager who runs this location. Absolute horrible over the phone experience with a “Jenna”. Disgusting attitude, very rude. Would love to explain further in detail to the proper person. Being in this line of work for over 10 years, I wouldn’t have a job if I talked to a customer the way that representative spoke to me over the phone when I called to ask a simple QUESTION for a customer that this location sold products to but continues to send them to other retailers to deal with the issues.

Walked in to upgrade from iPhone 12 Pro to the 15 pro or 15 pro max, I’m really unsure if I want the extra size of the pro max, this store has the phones bolted down so you can’t even see how it feels in your hand, can’t tell if I can still do 1 hand operation due to the added size, when I asked the employee “is it not possible to hold the phone in my hand” his response was “ya” and he walked away. You want me to spend $1000-1200 on a phone but not be able to see if the size difference is an issue? I think it’s time I go back to Verizon.

I went there to get help with my new phone I received in the mail.My old phone was broke so rhey could transfer info. To new phone they was great help me alot because my old phone was blinking on and off they used a computer mouse to see how to click on info. To new phone give them a raise ?

⚠️Warning⚠️ This is based off of my last visit ONLY!!I was blown away by the amazing experience I had when buying a phone unexpectedly late one evening last week. I needed to replace my Dad's phone when it just simply stopped charging after buying 3 new cords & 3 wall adapters thinking the previous ones had all been defective! Well, turns out it was his phone that was the issue. As any iPhone enthusiast will tell you they're far from reasonably priced lolLuckily AT&T came to the rescue with their "not the latest but still new & cool iPhone deals! Turns out I was able to get him an iPhone 14 for just $10⁹⁹/month for 36 months no APR or interest just had to pay $41⁶⁴ to cover the taxes & walked out in under 15 mins with an activated ready to go device!Our store rep couldn't possibly have been any more amazing! She was so quick, efficient, helpful & just a lovely person all around! She made the whole process easy peasy & I was in & out in well under 20 mins!Now this is NOT COMMON for the Eastpoint Mall location at all! I just want to thank her for being there the 1 evening I had no choice but to go to the closest store to me bc of it being so close to closing time.Thanks again Gabby you will be missed @ that location & I'll be a reg at your normal store from now on!

We wanted to upgrade a cell phone but the customer service representative was less than helpful. We decided to go to another ATT store to obtain services needed. When we mentioned that we were not interested in making a buy at this time, the young lady actually provided the needed information that we were trying to ascertain from her, before she blew off my husband. If we had originally obtained her help at first, there would have been no need to go to another store. My husband felt that she was not capable of helping him. We went to another store and had to wait but the wait was worth it. There were only two representatives in this store. They gave all who were able to wait outstanding attention and even worked overtime with a smile.
