The store employee was friendly and tried his best but for only a 2 year old phone there were no actual replacements for the car charger and I was forced to pay for half of it when I was told it was guaranteed. And my USB car cord also was not in stock and I was told they won’t get anymore. I feel like we are forced to buy a new iPhone. They cost too much to not be able to get accessories for it

I was visiting that store, I am an Att customer, but I don't even speak English very well, and the service was horrible, you must understand that English is not the only language, and we speak many Hispanic customers.

Our representative was very helpful and he was fast to activate our s24+. Much faster than any other cell phone carrier we've ever been to. Highly recommend att corporate store in white marsh mall!

When I went to pay my bill at the whitewash location I was very disappointed that the machine was down. Received a call this morning from store manager, Matt and the way he spoke to me was somewhat disrespectful and I don’t. I don’t appreciate that so I will be taking my business to the Towson store for now on because I don’t appreciate the way he spoke with me he was saying things to me that was not true and I called and corrected him on that. The sales person Kelli is the one who helped me I had less than a minute wait to pay my bill but like I said, I upset about the way the manager called me this morning and spoke to me so I’ll be taking my business to the Towson store for now on

The store is awesome Dave is????after a long day of losing my phone is settled me down and got me up and running…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid the AT and T store across the street it’s 100% pure trash. Lazy city people run it and u can tell??????

Terrible customer service at the store today. Would not recommend this company. Such a headache and it was just to drop off my phone. They provide incorrect pricing and tell you you’re wrong when you are not.
