On this visit I asked AutoZone to check out my "check engine" light. It came back with a filter needed for my engine. I bought the recommended filter (it looked different from the one I took out), reset my sensor and 2 days later the check engine light came back on. I took it to a different AutoZone. I kept the same filter from the first AutoZone. Again I reset my sensor. And this is day two and I'm waiting for the check engine light to come back on. Got my fingers crossed that doesn't happen. Well, it never happen again. They maintain a 4⭐ rating with me.

Terrible, although they had 5 employees, only two were at the registers, and one maybe new needed a lot of help from the other. With a line of 5 plus people, you figure they would have taken better care of their customers. Will not go back.

This is not a good experience and will never recommend or do any business with this company and whomever is representing auto zone.
The worst costumer service ever. So far I've made several trips to your facility and not once had even close to what you would call a 1 out of 5 star review.
With let's say 3 customer's in the entire store or just me. Mind you I've made several trips for my associates or myself nobody wants to do the job they apply for. I take that back the self check out is the best worker I seen in this place for over a decade. I have more to say but I'll spend my time and money with people who appreciate a paycheck walking into the store.
Dannie is my name and I have nothing to lose but my patience with others who will work for it if it's a 20 dollar sale or $2000 dollar sale and not for a woman they have no chance with or taking baby's mother's or babies father's while trying to do business or asking for help even when they try took look busy

"Manager" there is a power trip EVERYONE of my visits. Had to wait well over an hour for a battery switch out. Which takes 10 mins. Instead this "manager" made me wait till another employee to come in to help a already present employee to change out my battery. He thinks he's high and mighty of the auto parts industry. I had a terrible experience. On top of that my battery connection to my brand new $290 battery was installed incorrectly. I got it corrected for 100 more somewhere else. Sad power trip wanna be supervisor auto part employee
