On Monday(12/30) I went to the store to get a battery. The employee asked who’s putting my battery in??? I immediately asked y'all don’t put the battery in the car?? He said No which was weird I’ve always had the employee put the battery in for me thought it was a requirement . So I said I guess I’ll call a mobile mechanic to put it in he then asks how much I would pay the mobile mechanic I said $80. As I’m texting the mobile mechanic he asked me to pop the hood and now all of a sudden he can replace my battery. After the service he expected the $80 I would’ve paid the mobile mechanic. He asked what am I getting for helping you. I said a thank you and pulled off I will never go to this store again. He is the employee with the accent and long dreads that should narrow it down DO BETTER

I never be on any bad service from any store like this one service is away from bad they need better management

I came into the store needing a battery for my key fob. The lady told me that she could not open the fob to help me. I understand that. Then I asked her if she knew which battery I needed so I would know which one to purchase and she told me no she could not look that up and she could not help me. What horrible customer service.

Deanna and sharmarie are very ignorant Employees/managers. Always two faced and nosey and always try to start fights verbally with others on the phone and in person. Bad customer service! I do not recommend this place no professionalism. These people never mind their own business always start trouble. Never can help nobody.

Tim E. went above and beyond to help us with our headlight. Didn't even ask for extra assistance but it meant my husband didn't get his hands dirty before going to the grocery store! Made sure everything worked before we left!

Terrible customer service on morning shift. They never say hello or thank you after service, the workers are very lazy no one wants to help unless necessary. I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone!

After years of dealing with many parts stores, as well as this particular store. One thing you can consistently count on is for this store to have the absolute worst customer service. After multiple calls to get an answer, you’ll be placed on hold for 15 minutes, only to call back multiple times, with no answer. If you need a part in a an emergency, you’d be better off driving to any other store, or selling the broken vehicle.
