Some residents note a less pleasant move-in and move-out process, citing a limited time in the loading bay, a tight passageway, and the lack of a large trash room for furniture. There is also a mention of an isolated unpleasant experience with a front desk staff member being unnecessarily rude. Overall, it is an overall nice building where residents enjoyed their time.

A wonderful place to live and play. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is friendly, helpful and, very professional!Looking for a fantastic place to live in Baltimore if so, I highly recommend The Avalon located at 555 E. President Street!

Roget and Joe fixed my dryer quickly. My cloth was sucked into the dryer and they helped me to open the whole package to get it out. They’re nice and patient.
