Great service the both times I have gone here! They will go above and beyond to ensure you like your nails and are satisfied with your services. The pedicure I received here was INCREDIBLE. They helped fix my nails when I didn’t love them the first time and I will be returning for services when I’m in need of a fill! I paid $130 for a gel pedicure (I believe with callus removal) and dip French manicure, pretty reasonable for the services in this area.

After traveling almost 30-minutes to the shop- I Arrived at 5:53PM on a Saturday and one of owners was locking the doors to leave saying they are closed! I referred her to the times they have listed on their door and she ignored it stating they close 30-minutes early on Saturday and Sunday. No where does it state that! Much inconvenience and very unprofessional!

Kelly is so spot on every time with her work, and is the fastest nail tech I’ve ever worked with! She is an even better human being than she is a nail tech which makes supporting this women owned and operated business, Kelly, and Anna so easy!

I have been seeing Kelly for over two years and she has always done an amazing job with my nails! The salon is clean and staff is very friendly. Free parking in the lot out front. Highly recommend!

Avoid this place if you value your money and quality service. They charge excessively for both manicures and pedicures, whether you’re getting gel or not. My suggestion? Buy a gel manicure kit on Amazon for around $35 it even comes with a UV lamp so you can do your nails at home and save a fortune. Don’t waste $80+ here for subpar results. I will not be going to this place ever again nor would I encourage anyone I know to go spend their money there.

I’ve been a loyal client at Spoil U for over 5 years and it continues to exceed my expectations. The girls are really friendly, and each appointment feels more like a friendly meet-up than just a service.
My nails always turn out how I want them and all staff are open to and patient with feedback.
Anna and Kelly do a great job at making sure all customers are pleased before they walk out.
I definitely recommend this place.

I scheduled an appointment with Kelly because everyone in the reviews said she was great. When I showed up, they sent my friend and I to the pedicure chairs. I said that I had an appointment with Kelly. Apparently, this was the girl that pointed us to the chair and went back scrolling on the phone. Then looked super annoyed when I asked who Kelly was. She wasn't the most friendly person I have met to start with. She barely spoke to me and act super irritated that she actually had to do it. I didn't pay attention to the nail polish until I walked out. She also charged extra $9 for callus (that I didn't ask for). She did such a terrible job with the nail polish. It's uneven and messy. I wish I could ask for refund. I will l definitely be not returning. You are working to provide customer service and make people feel good, not sit there and act like you are doing us a favor. Acting like a entitled teenager.

I’m not sure how my previous review got removed so reposting. I haven’t gone back there in months. The last time I was an employee was FaceTiming with her child as she was doing my pedicure. She had her phone set-up by the basin of the pedicure station. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and thought it was unprofessional. My feet were definitely on camera and she shifted her phone a couple times so wouldn’t be surprised if my face was shown during that call as well.

I hadn’t been in a nail salon in years, and the online booking was so easy and stress free. I know this sounds sponsored but trust me it’s not, I just honestly had a great experience. I booked with Blanca and she was absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic French nail on my tiny little natural nails which I know can be tedious. I also am not used to things like this and she was very nice and guided me throughout the pedicure and manicure. She had me in and out of there in less than 2 hours and my nails look beautiful! I would recommend this nail salon and will certainly come back to Blanca.

Got my nails done for the first time at this salon today and Kelly did an amazing job with my French tip dip manicure 🤍 I’ve never really liked dip before now, but they turned out fantastic and natural looking! I’ll definitely be back :)

During my pedicure, the nail tech, Gisela, seemed like a novice. She was watching Kelly give a pedicure next to me most of the time, giving the impression that she was inexperienced. She was unresponsive when we tried to give her verbal cues & it became obvious that she spoke very little English, which is fine unless she doesn't respond to nonverbal feedback. During the pedicure, she cut my toe & I was bleeding. She didn't address it at all, kept cutting my cuticles, & needed multiple prompts to stop. She didn't apply any type of styptic & just put my foot back in the foot bath. Later, she pulled out a dropper bottle of some sort & touched it directly to the cut, recapped it, & tossed it back in the cart.
I just finished filing an OSHA complaint due to concerns that this was improper hygiene & infection prevention. I'm not sure I would ever go back, but if so, I would be very selective about my technician.
