We took our car in for an oil change having used this location when we had old car. They put the car on the lift and managed to hit it on something, causing $1500 in damages to the rear of the car -- paint damage, trunk damage, etc. My spouse had to ask them about a loaner or rental for the days our car would be under repair; they did not offer. I had an urgent medical appointment the next day and it was late in the day so we took the car home and then dropped it off again to have repairs completed. I said I needed it by Friday (see urgent medical appointments) but had to wait to the speak to the manager, who was unable to give me a firm date for the damages they caused. No one seemed particularly sorry or had a sense of urgency about the repair *that they caused* other than to say "I know it sucks."
We did get our car back. It reeks of paint and there are paint smudges on the inside door.
Under no circumstances would I ever go to this location again. They are carless with people's vehicles in a way that makes me worried about the quality and workmanship of repairs.

They do good work but they're slow. It took them an entire week to wash the car after it was finished being repaired. Meanwhile I could have really used it.

Fantastic experience at Baltimore Body Shop with my 2017 Honda CR-V! Their team was professional, quick, and the results were amazing. Let's be honest. Usually when your car needs to go to the body shop you are not happy. It's stressful, insurance is a pain, and you just want your car back.I was in this exact situation and Baltimore Body Shop made the situation so much better. They know how to work with insurance to take the stress off of you. When they finished , my car honestly looked better then it did before the accident! I can't recommend them enough. Did a Great Job on my rear bumper! Competitive pricing. And they let you know before hand what the cost estimate is. They even Washed my car! It looks Great! Although, I did tell them that I hope to NEVER see them Again! Nice people.Took my car in again. A few years after my first time. It's close to my house. And more reasonably priced than the dealer. I want to Especially Thank Tia. Such a Sweetie. I had not realized how Addicted I was to my car. When she told me it would be a little longer than I'd thought, I kind of Freaked Out a little. This body shop has amazing service! If it wasn’t for my insurance taking so long they would’ve had my car in and out in a week or two. Do not use this establishment. They do horrible work. I took my vehicle to them for mechanical repairs and to have it painted. The mechanical work was done incorrectly, so I ended up taking it somewhere else. Essentially, I paid twice and they never reimbursed me. They kept my vehicle for several months. The paint job was subpar. It's only been a few months and the paint is already cracking. Every consumer looks for three things; Quality of work, Work done in a timely manner and a Reasonable price. They failed miserably in each category. Save yourself some time and money by going somewhere else. You've been warned!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Update: Changing to 1 star. After having another company look at it, they determined that none of the wires were secured with wire harnesses and that whoever did it took the “laziest” approach. Pieces were just hanging unsecured which caused it to break again. Extremely disappointed in their work which has now cost me $900 total for something that should have never happened in the first place. Take your business elsewhere.Initially they did a really good job repairing my car when it got rear ended. However our trunk stopped opening shortly after they worked on it. Had the dealer look at it and was told that whoever fixed it didn’t seal it properly allowing water to get in. I had to pay out of pocket to have it fixed again. Now the trunk stopped working a 3rd time. I was very happy with them at first but they are either rushing work or not paying attention so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am a relatively new car owner and I didn't realize how great Baltimore Body Shop & Service is until I had to take my car somewhere else because they were all booked up. Their prices are reasonable. They are good at explaining techincal things to people that don't care about cars at all (me). And they are thoughtful at advising you on what work you absolutely should get done versus what can wait a little bit.Services: Body & Trim

I was recommended this shop, but was not happy with my experience.Firstly I did not get a call back when I was told I would. Not a big deal, but a little inconvenient.Then I was told different things from different people regarding whether or not the parts had been ordered for my car and when I could expect the car to be finished.Eventually I got the call the car was ready to go and went in to pick it up. I paid and went to drive home. The car wasin for a coolant leak and when I started the car, the coolant light came on and when I checked under the hood there was no coolant in the reservoir.I went back inside and after the folks in the shop initially tried telling me it was fine and it was just an overflow reservoir, they eventually apologized and asked me to come back the next day. Definitely inconvenient at this point.After successfully picking the car up the next day, we are having a new issue with the car that was not present before we brought it to this shop. Maybe it's a coincidence, but idk it's strange the issue would pop up right when we get the car back and I noticed this new issue right away.Update: The car started leaking coolant again yesterday... On the plus side they were kind enough to get it fixed same day today and didnt charge extra
