Ordered from them on Uber eats and it took 2 hours to get the food. Didn’t even want it at that point but we would have lost our money if we cancelled. Would not recommend.

After a couple of hours ( order was delivered at 6.15pm today) I ran to the bathroom to throw up and had a diarrhea and it still continues. I always order hot/tempura sushi to avoid gastroenteritis but this time it is horrible and disgusting struggling to survive. Very very upset.

I can’t speak on all their food but the food I’ve had never disappoints. I am a salmon lover so I usually get their salmon avocado rolls as well as gyoza and miso soup.

A short Asian ( Korean , Japanese , Chinese etc . Whichever you prefer ) chick with round glasses and short hair was very rude today and acts like she doesn’t want to work there! Quality customer service is nonexistent here.No wonder it’s a dead zone hereEdit( Having waitresses respond to complaints is a first for a business.1. You were rude , you rolled your eyes and made a huge subtle deal about walking to grab the order at YOUR job. I understand there are signs and etc but if a customer comes to your establishment you should serve them irregardless to how inconvenient it is for you.2. Calling you Asian isn’t racist , that’s literally your race identification, ( can I be more specific sure but my family is Jamaican American not African; so why should I bother to be specific with you ) im simply describing you in detail which is why I went into detail about your outfit . If the race card is something you wish to use against a black female in a highly gentrified area then , feel free.3. Having the waitress respond to a customer complaint instead of management that wasn’t involved in the event is not only biased but also proof of lack of hierarchy and judgement at your establishment

We usually go to Kippo Ramen in Fells Point. However, since it was 4:15 and Kippo opens at 5:00, we headed to Katana for ramen. Besides the ramen which was delicious, we also had an order of salmon skin sushi and gyoza. If you have room for dessert, try the mango sticky rice. The whole meal was reasonably priced and very tasty. Parking in this part of town is easy in the afternoon.

As an Asian who have been in search of the best ramen close to authentic, I find this place the near perfect in my taste. I've tasted a lot of ramen houses in Baltimore and outside the US, and this one hits home. The Ramen is amazing, the sashimi is well prepared and fresh, one of the exotic dishes they have is the IDAKO, or baby octopus. It's soft and Chewy and appetizing. The Takoyaki and age Tofu is a must try if you're new to Japanese dish. The preparations of the food is like an art, almost perfect. The Only downside I find is there's a shortage of attendant/waiter, probably it's because I always went there during rush hours. I'm glad the restaurant survived the Pandemic. There's no other place I can compare thier Ramen. It's what keeps me coming back. The ramen noodles is freshly made, chewy and and has texture just how I liked it, not soaked like the other ramen houses.

I absolutely love the flavors. The sushi is devine...the house staff SUCKS. The waitress was unconcerned with our order. She never brought the wine nor the sauces for dipping. I was asked repeatedly did I know what I was ordering. Instead of finding a saki to compliment the rolls she chose to be uncooperative and condescending. I won't be back. This was my 6th time dining in.

Katana is the best place to get sushi in Canton and probably has the best atmosphere until you get to Ra in Harbor East. Parking can be a bit of a pain during dinner hours, so you may want to try parking in the Pancake House parking lot. If that's full, you may end up driving around for a bit because the local residents tend to fill up most of the spots after working hours.Upon entering, the bar is on your right. As you walk straight, you enter the dining room, which expands towards the rear of the restaurant. The decor is modern Japanese, which I quite liked, though the TV in the back corner seemed a little out of place. Since we arrived around 6, we tried one of the happy hour specials: two rolls, a chef's special roll (which was found inside the main menu), and a bottle of sake. The salmon and tuna rolls were tasty and what you'd expect - nothing out of the ordinary - and the dragon roll was a bit smaller than I've seen at other places, however that might have been the "happy hour" size. We also ordered some toro, which was amazing, some fried hamachi, and some mixed tempura. All in all, the food was good, though nothing terribly notable. The service was very good. There was only one waitress servicing 5-6 tables in the dining room. She not only did well with us, but everyone else seemed happy with the service as well.

*Review is for a delivery order - I got a pretty simple order of salmon sushi, tuna sushi, and yellowtail sushi - I found the prices to be reasonable and the quality to be great.Would definitely order delivery from here again, and will have to stop by in person to check out the ambiance and service!
