Everything you've heard about BofA's abyssal customer service is true. The online option is impossible and branch representatives are pleasant but unable to fix many problems. Stick with a local bank where you can talk to the same employee each time and they will help. I can't imagine why anyone would use BofA unless they were a major business borrower.

I arrived to cash a check. One teller working with NO urgency. A bank manager (possibly) not sure, walking around arranging furniture. Like no one acknowledged my presence. I've stood here for atleast 20 minutes, nothing. The furniture mover asked finally if I'm depositing a check, I stated no I would like to cash it, he walked away. Cashier stated she couldn't cash it, wasn't sure when it would clear. I've never been told, that they don't know when it will clear. Didn't speak, her name isn't present at her station. Poor customer service.

Very slow and unprofessional. I needed help to verify my identity so I can get my money released only one bank manager was available and he lied to me and said he has a appointment with a customer in 15 minutes so I waited and that customer never came. He lied just so he wouldn't help me.. this bank needs to be shut down.

Extremely understaffed. Very slow service spent 2 hours waiting for someone to help me open an account. There was only one employee helping customers with opening new accounts. And there was only 1 teller in the entire branch.

The service is acceptable, but come on you need to rebuild this branch, it smells awful, and the furniture is from the ’60s.

Superb service. Roman was efficient and helpful in getting what I needed done done (and saved me some money to boot) I was in and out in less than half an hour, allowing me more time to eat my lunch. No high pressure sales tactics and friendly conversation as well.

Long queues. There is only one staff working at the counter ALWAYS! Others walk around and do nothing even if there is a long queue.

Always takes forever to conduct business here. Only 2 people max working at the counter. Half of the time one is tending to other duties. Tellers are friendly but I wish it would not take me 15 minutes to cash a check.
