Do yourself a favor and do NOT bank here. Or at any Bank of America. I truly regret setting up my account here. This particular bank is barely ever staffed properly. Fees are ridiculous. They try to sell you a bunch of products you don’t need. I’ve moved my personal accounts to other banks. Today was the final straw and I am going to move my business account as well. The inconvenience of working with Bank of America has surpassed the inconvenience of switching banks.

Been a customer for 15 years with so-called "preferred" status. Tried to open a joint account and was turned away by both clerk and manager. Bank down the street had no trouble with precisely the same task.

Out of all the banks I have ever been to, this is the most mismanaged bank. The staff is disrespectful and easy going as there is no one to monitor them. Staff treats clients like an option and suggest to go-to other branches to receive services. It's extremely hard to receive banking services at this branch even if you are a premium customer. The customer comes first attitude is simply non existent. Manager refuses to provide services. Don't go here!

I have never felt more compelled to write a review for a place. This is the first time that I have ever been to this bank and I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews. The teller Sophia was very unprofessional and very rude. I asked a clarifying question and she had an attitude the whole time and she snatched my paper from me. I am really not sure how this lady even has a job here but Bank of America seriously needs to reevaluate who they hire because it makes me never want to go back ever! If I could give zero stars I would.

First off, all the folks working here are great. They're doing an amazing job and I have nothing but gratitude and respect for everyone here.My overwhelming rage comes from standing inside for 10 minutes to get quarters, while the drive-thru is closed. It is disturbing that Bank of America refuses to hire enough people to work this location so that as many of us as possible can use the drive-thru. This is the kind of disgusting, morally repugnant behavior that makes me hate Bank of America.It's a pandemic. Minimize the number of people who go into a physical location. Bank of America makes enough money to hire more employees. There is no excuse for this.

Would not recommend this location. Susan is great! The manager Corey does not have managerial skills. I would recommend giving him classes or videos to manage a branch. If you’re in the area and want to bank here, go somewhere else. Respectfully.
