My place is ok, but I haven't been able to use my drier since I moved in. First time I made a ticket, they said they stopped by and nothing was done. Another ticket was submitted, they can't get to me till the end of the month. What am I to do then? Waiting on a response from them..just be careful when renting in Baltimore City, these guys have a near monopoly in certain neighborhoods. Do your research.

Imagine the fire alarm blaring so you rush downstairs and discover NO ONE CAN GET OUT.
On two separate occasions, this year, residents at one of the properties managed by Bay Property Management have been trapped inside of the building due to a malfunction of the huge magnetic lock on the door. In September, the last time the box that controls the magnetic lost power, everything on the lower and basement level also lost power. Guess what is in the basement? The water heater! The “property manager,” Ronaldo Reano, never came to the property to check out the situation. Instead, he asked residents to meet external repairmen and explain the situation, prolonging the number of days everyone has to take cold showers.
The fire department is sick of helping people use their fire escapes to exit the building. The first time the lock prevented us from leaving, a fire escape wasn’t even an option because the plexiglass “window” in my apartment was painted shut…along with windows in other residences. The second time it happened the fire department told me to call management unless I wanted an official rescue.
The gargoyle designs on the building are also randomly falling off. Called the management company and they did nothing. Hopefully they are just as lucky the next time wood pieces fall off of the top of the building and no one is hurt.
Also, be prepared if the electric lock on your personal apartment door malfunctions. They will leave you crying in the hallway as you explain you can’t get in their apartment because the batteries to your door’s electric lock have died. They will keep repeating “we don’t handle lock outs” and eventually hang up.

I can't speak for other properties, but my property manager Ronaldo has been extremely responsive. Every maintenance request I've submitted has been addressed and resolved promptly and without issue.

Madonna Penalosa has been my property manager for about a year, and I cannot praise her enough for all her help she has provided me so far. Madonna is always prompt in her responses, detailed oriented, and extremely efficient when scheduling any repair services needed at my property. She effectively communicates with the tenant on my behalf and has a level of professionalism that can hardly be exceeded! I feel very fortunate to have Madonna manage my property and appreciate her dedication and impeccable work ethic!

EDITING TO ADD MY EXPERIENCE MOVING OUT:
They will squeeze every dime out of your security deposit. They charged me for a "key lock change" for a property with a keyless (keypad) entry! And I'm writing this review after SIX MONTHS of trying to correct this and get my money back with little to no response. When I moved in, the grass was overgrown, and they promised that it would be cut because it should have been before move in. We had to cut it ourselves. And then we got charged for a lawn cut when we moved out. If you rent with them, count your security deposit lost!
MOVING IN REVIEW:
We just moved in to a property with Bay Management! It's our first time renting a house, and our leasing agent, David S. was super helpful and communicative! He helped us get an adjusted moving date, answered any questions about the house, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out the answer! Thanks for all your help through the process, David!

I have had nothing but poor service from Bay Management. Over 2 years I have had 3 property managers for 1 property and none were qualified. They were quick to respond with a nothing burger of a statement when issues would arise. They put in a tenant who refused to pay and did nothing to remove them. I had to hold their hand through the entire process and they still failed. Could've done it better myself and will never recommend their services.

I recently moved to be closer to work, but had spent the last 2 years in an apartment managed by BMG. My direct property manager was Lorena Reyes, and she was fantastic. My overall experience during my time there was top notch. Extremely clean, amazing amount of space, and competitive price. Ms Reyes was always responsive to any issues, and very professional. She kept me informed, in a timely fashion, and I really appreciated her efforts.

I lived here for almost two years and its one of the safest and very friendly apartments in Baltimore. I rarely had any issues in the apartment, but if it does, it was handled very professionally and quickly. Highly recommend! Thank you Leah Choi and Angel for always taking great care of us!
