They are extremely friendly and helpful in providing medical equipment and supplies for people dealing with respiratory illnesses. The company was able to provide me with a portable oxygen system at the last minute for a vacation to Colorado. I would recommend this company for all your medical/respiratory needs. Most importantly they are reasonable and knowledgeable.

I have worked for several months with an exceptional respiratory therapist named Gretchen from BayView Homecare near Baltimore . She patiently fitted me for my CPAP mask and equipment. She was very kind and knowledgeable and spent time explaining things to me and answering questions. I texted her about a different problem concerning oxygen. She immediately contacted another office to coordinate two deliveries to our primary and secondary residences . She alerted people in both offices to be on the lookout for my doctor’s orders to expedite the process. She took care of everything. I have contacted Gretchen numerous times and she always provides prompt, efficient ,superior service. My husband and I are both impressed with Gretchen’s excellent capabilities. She always exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend her.

Bay View provided exceptional customer service in receiving a wheelchair order and being delivered. I had the pleasure of Alicia confirming a wheelchair order and setting up delivery for my mom. She was professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chris the delivery guy was professional, pleasant, and great at explaining the paperwork, also use of the wheelchair. Thank you for a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I called to order supplies the first week of april.. a week later I called because they were not there. They sent it to the wrong address AFTER I verified the correct address with him on the phone before package was sent out. Called April the 10th they said they were sending my supplies reshipped to the correct address. Here it is a WEEK later April 17th no package. I called and the lady says I'm sorry we will take it downstairs to be shipped tomorrow !!This place is a absolute joke at this point.If I wouldn't had called I'm sure it would have been sitting there for anther week. Again this place and whoever handles sending out supplies are a joke.

We worked with Michele and she was amazing...she was compassionate, answered all of our questions, and was able to get us set up with travel oxygen in-time for my father to make his flight home. Thank you!
