The people who work here act like they just don’t care about anybody. Also, their ATMs are always down. I’ve been trying to deposit for months and they still have not yet fixed it.

This bank needs to do better when it comes to their atm machines. I've once had my card taken by their machine before, and currently, I mistakenly left my card in the machine. Their ATM moves so slowly compared to other ATMs. So I got my receipt and after the fact realized that I don't have my card. So I went back to the bank and all they can do is apologize because they use some company for their ATMs, so I have to wait a week without my card until this company comes back out to service this ATM to retrieve my card. I need gas, I pay bills, go to the store, etc. I had a bank account before, somewhere else, where they had a certain location where you can get a new card the same day. I am upset. I was absent minded, with a lot of things on my mind that day, but to have to wait a week to get my card back is ridiculous. I use my card for probably everything. I don't use the ATM on a regular basis, and this was the first time that I forgot to retrieve it.

Omg please guys stay away from this bank this is a fraud bank who ever want to get fraud come here loot your self my husband just got rob in bank statement they give you the old Transition some of the new they removed it in statement I feel for trusting them plz guys I requested you go find another bank don’t come here the guy name Chris he is the number one fraud had bad experience I give zero zero star ??????

I visited this locations drive through ATM to deposit money. BIG MISTAKE. The ATM not only took my card (BB&T) but it also took over $800 from me and did NOT deposit into my account. I was told that I would hear from the fraud department about my claim in 24 hours but was given the run around. Ultimately I talked to someone and they told me my claim possibly could be denied. HOW?! Absolutely ridiculous and unfair to me as a customer that I now may be out of $800.

The manager, bald black guy named don, should be fired. All he does is sit on his phone all day and avoid helping customers. I wanted to talk with him one day and apparently he was in a "meeting", I could see him in his office playing on his phone.
