There is no customer service phone or in person. Called ahead and asked to have order ready for pick up and no one there to help.

This is a mixed review regarding the service I received. I came in to get some stucco for patching that I was going to have done on my house. My contractor sent me to Belair Road Supply, saying that this is where he got the supplies about 2 years ago. My contractor gave me the name and color of the stucco. When I approached the center desk, a younger guy was closest to me, so I asked him for help. He became dismissive and annoyed with me. Another worker, a woman who later told me she was the store manager, took over and help me. She was professional and efficient and I got the supplies that I needed. Pulling into the supply yard, the worker who loaded my van and the guard who let me out the gate were both very gracious. So, boo on the male worker at the "help" desk.

Not only do they supply construction materials, they also have Carolina brand boots in stock. I am unaware of any other store that has Carolina boots on the shelf. They also have good shovels and rakes.
